IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - October 2014	Hello Guys,   I had my interview on 7th Oct at Mumbai-India Embassy. CO said everything is fine and they gave 221(g) and ask me to submit those docs and passport in VFS dropbox. Then I submitted my Joint sponsor W2 2013 which mentioned in 221(g) to VFS on 8th Oct. Yesterday they delivered my package to embassy. CEAC status is AP and last updated status is 09 Oct. Now I am waiting for Visa Approval... Any one can help me .. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted" or "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."), do NOT panic. This is actually good news! If you just got your case number, then this message means NVC is inputting your case in their system. If you get this message a few days after case number generation, then it's a good possibility that NVC is invoicing your AOS bill. And if this message appears a few days after DS-261 acceptance, then there's a good chance the IV bill is being invoiced. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - October 2014	WOOHOO!!!!! CASE COMPLETE!!!!   Called this morning and got a case complete as of yesterday. My last scan date was September 5th, however, I presume they went by my AOS scan date of August 12th. I'm doing EP and sent in both AOS and IV packages before paying the IV fee or completing the DS260. Since everything was there when it was time to review my AOS package, they decided to review everything together. Congratulations!!!!! Philippines	Brining my Filipino born daughter back to the US	If she has a Cert and USA passport she is clear to leave. Do you plan to return to the phil? Philippines	Brining my Filipino born daughter back to the US	Hey everyone,   Things are getting close for my Fiance and our daughter that is with her, to finally come to the US. I have tried to search for specific answers, but can't find anything that directly relates to our situation. Daughter was born in Phil, and we reported her birth to the US embassy. She has her CRBA certificate, and a US passport only. No Filipino Passport. I will be traveling back to the Phil very soon, to accommodate them to the US.   My questions..... Does she (daughter) also require a health check of any sort? Regarding an exit, is there anything that we need other than a wad of cash for fees? Anything official?   I see many opinions on "overstaying" and other things, but I cannot seem to find anything regarding anything official to exit. Philippines	NVC to US Embassy in Manila	I called NVC one morning really early (15 days after NOA2) ...verbally received our Case #.....my Fiancé paid the Visa fee in the Philippines the next day and was able to set the appointment for the interview on line..... that part was easy. Now to just get the medical and CFO completed...   cjmc   HI Cj,   This is exactly what has been driving us nuts.....we have had our MNL case number for almost 3 weeks, and didn't know that we could already take action.
