Philippines	do we need to process adoption for my baby?	Firstly they wont deny you just bc you have a child and its not your husband's. He does not have to hurry and adopt, you can do that in the US. adoption is an option, not a nessesity. Your husband can do it if he wants, it wont interfere with the interview. My husband had to send his GC back when he got his 2 yr GC in 2006...his name is Eduard Ionescu...and USCIS put his name as Edquardo Iquescu Not even close to what his name is lol...we had to send his GC back 2 times to have his name corrected. I would hope that the change of address wouldn't cause too much of a delay. Did you also do an address forward with the post office? If you did and the Green Card was sent before you moved, then the forwarding address would cause it to go to your new address without further delay. If the Green Card had not been sent yet and they received your change of address...then they will just send it to your new address. Did you do the change of address online? It is the fastest and easiest way to do so. You still have to send in the change of address form, but as long as you did it electronically, USCIS would have the new address online before they received it in the mail.
