Then you would be sad because he is an Organizer. And as you know, VJ Organizers want to take your guns away. True fact.

I would like to comment as i am an organizer, and it is not a fact, bc i dont do that. So its more an opinion than a fact whistling.gif

Well, I had no idea you were an Organizer around here! If that's the case, then you as an organizer should have moved the thread since you noticed the 'language rule' was violated. You waited quite a while to actually move it! I mean what did you expect the OP to do after you informed her she broke a rule?

Sorry if I dont know the rules about moderators and organizers around here, and if I wasn't aware of your title! Geez! You are making more fuzz about which are and aren't your duties instead of actually just get them done.

its under my pic, not hard to find,
i waited a while i stated why, and not justifing it again.
btw, read my posts again, didnt say what isnt my duty, i did what i needed to do and i didnt question it, everyone else did.

Their manner avoids unnecessary arguing and tension. Yours created it. I apologize that you found my comment to be an attack. It was meant to be helpful criticism so that you can improve. I hope you can take it as such.

ok well firstly im not Mags or Lal, i also was ONLY aruging with MOX, not the OP or anyone else. MOX decided to be rude as usual and i responded. He gave the wrong info and i corrected him. thats all there was to that.

i was not being rude or arguing with the OP. i made my statement 3 times for the OP so she/he could have the chance to ask in english, then i moved the thread, that was all to the OP. Mox decided he wanted to make everything difficult, that is one reason charles stepped in.

i apologize for being rude to you too bassi and zainab

I'm not going to engage in public trashing with you Ionescu. I tried to reply to your PM but you are refusing replies. Interesting moderation tactic. Let me know if you'd like to have an actual adult conversation.

Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)romanian medical exam
When my husband went thru the medical in bucharest they did advice him they test for HEP. However since he doesnt have it and unless someone on here does have it and has successfully gotten thru the interview process after the medical with it i wouldnt know what to tell you. You can however tell your fiance to ask the medical personel prolly at Medsana (if that is where she is going) and ask them. I dont know if it would keep her from getting her visa, i dont see why it would. but then again im not USCIS or the consulate. But yes, they do test for HEP. If you need further assistance, feel free to PM me.

hope everything goes well. and welcome to VJ :)

this may be helpful to read

also
What If the Applicant Is Ineligible for a Visa?

Certain conditions and activities may make an applicant ineligible for a visa. Examples of these ineligibilities are:

Trafficking in Drugs

Having HIV/AIDS

Overstaying a previous visa

Practicing polygamy

Advocating the overthrow of the government

Submitting fraudulent documents

The consular officer will tell you, the applicant, if you are ineligible for a visa, whether there is a waiver of the ineligibility and what the waiver procedure is. For a complete list of ineligibilities see Classes of Aliens Ineligible to Receive Visas.

and i dont see HEP B on the list, but your fiance or you may way to call the embassy, keep anonamous and ask if HEP B which is being treated for can cause a denial in k-1 visa.

very important to mention is that this vacc.is for woman until 27 years old....and i had 26 and 9 months....
when i was in this medical center i heard that a little boy had to make a vacc. same expensive.....
but anyway who cares i will take 10 vacc.just to be with my love....

I think it was a scam. This is definitely not a requirement. HPV vaccine is recommended to like 11-12yr old girls... per the CDC.

yea thats why i thought it was weird that they made her have it, and as someone pointed out, you have to have it 3 times, one time just to enter the US is pointless.

They will give you a paper when you are at the customs in romania on your way back to the US....showing you overstayed and the amount you will have to pay when you go back to romania. I overstayed my visa by 2 months and i had to pay 8 million LEI, at that time was $200. I got back in romania just fine, but when i tried to leave again, i was stopped and told i overstayed my visa last time i was in romania, and i owe the fee or i can not leave the country.
