Philippines	November 2009 Interviews at USEM	YES, My wife just got the text too so she called them and they are delivering it tomorrow...My wife will fly out saturday she takes off at 8 am and lands same day in Salt Lake City so not bad. I was counting the whole thing up and it was 6 months and exactly I week since we got married! WOW, it has been a long time...My brother got married to a philipina three years ago and it took him 10 months to go through the process. So, at least, the process is a little faster I was dreading having to wait that long. Congrats on all getting their interivews done and Congrats if you got your visa too. With us we interviewed on the 17th of NOV and we will get the visa tomorrow...so it looks like if your in metro manila it takes an average of a week... take care all. I remember setting in the Robinson mall last june talking with a american and Philippino couple and they were telling me get ready for the hardest thing in your life...i luaghed thinking yeah right...i served in Desert Storm for 6 months....I teach High school students....UUUUGHGHGHGHGH they were right!! Also, about two hours ago she gets a text saying they are delviering it!!! Thanks again all of you on VJ you been a tremendous help and great inspiritation...shes now gotten through customs and immigration in Seattle and now is waiting to take the last leg of her journey to me...the anticipation is killing me...but i know we are down to hours not days or months even...i was thinking as i was setting here it has been 6 months and exactly a week since i was given my wifes hand in marriage...now the honey moon starts...lol. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE for 2nd K1 Visa	Hello all. I had applied for a K1 Visa about 2 years ago with my then fiance. SInce then, things started to get rocky, and by the time we were ready to finish up the process and get the interview scheduled, she told me that she was going back to her ex-husband. This was in July 2011. Since then, I started talking again to a wonderful woman that I had lost contact with during my engagement, and in December 2011, she came to the US to visit. After her visit, we decided to petition for a k1 Visa. I just received an RFE to explain and request a waiver since I had already have a K1 visa processed within the last two years. My reason for cancelling the first petition is pretty self explanatory. What are the chances if I explain what happened that our current petition may be denied or that a waiver will be granted?
