K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	I am really trying to say nice things about them...the last two days I got touches, so far today, nothing, but I am not sure if I should try and call and try and get more information or just wait a few more days... I think you should call. I called on the 17th because we'd had a touch and then nothing. They told me that we were approved on the 7th. Our's is on its way to London now. I couldn't imagine stilll waiting for an email or letter in the mail....which we haven't received either yet. Thanks. I am hoping that today is the day, after two touches in a row, I hope they will update my case online, or send me an e-mail so I KNOW when I am approved, instead of having to call via skype to USCIS, and try the RFE thing... No, probably are most like me. We are posting in the other thread but we still creep around this one to see how y'all are doin. We are hoping for U to get approved soon. Did you guys ask to talk to a manager or what? And then say ask if you were getting an RFE? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	I called USCIuselessS this am, was adamant about speaking to someone who could tell me something other than the standard answer. I was transfered to someone who told me our case was decided on May 11th. She would not say denied or approved. She said a hard copy will arrive early June or mid June. She did make a slight slip and said when my ' approval arrived through the mail...' ,so I dunno what to think here. OMG!!! I'm -ing furiously, cuz I'm not sure if I'm seeing right! Approved on May 11th?! That is great news Nagi! YAY! Keep calling NVC, all day if you have to....your petition is probably w/ them already and may even have already left NVC on its way to the consulate! Keep us posted, please. -P I agree with Paul&Minya, I think that you got approved already, Nagishkaw! Your NOA1 and mine (as well as Kengumbo's) are all around the same time (mine is the 28th) so that gives me more hope that maybe it could be sooner. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	I can tell you that I have started to pray too...alot...Ken, I am down for the brown nosing...I have been doing it for about 5 days now, but chocolate, I am having SO withdrawals, so I am eating about 6 times a day...I'm gonna get fat. my SO withdrawl shows in the opposite way, I have no appetite...I am gonna have to wait until at least June 13 or so, for NOA2 since our NOA1 was issued on February 28th Good luck to everyone, and hope we all get our NOA2s ASAP! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers CSC, NSC, TSC	I'm sitting here smiling like a bloomin' idiot because I've just had one of the best nights in more than three months (since I left him standing at the airport to get on the damn plane and come back here.) My man got his computer hooked up to the net, downloaded skype today and we talked for 3 hours...without interruptions, sound quality so clear you could hear a pin drop.....and if was FREE!!!!! No more outrageous phone bills...the kind where I do this and followed by a long ! I am in a serious happy place right now! Just had to share, sorry. The web-cam is next...then I'll get to see him too! This makes the rest of my wait somewhat more bearable. -P That's great I am really happy for you that you were able to talk via skype. We use skype A LOT too, it really is a great thing! I have been away from the boards while waiting for the NOA2, it stresses me too much to come on here sometimes Since my NOA2 date is Feb 28 I think we will be waiting more into June, the date has been changing for the worst lately...the best thing is that in 10 days I am going to Moscow! As was said it doesn't make sense to me, that seeing that USCIS is a govt agency, why can't anyone regulate them? But in all truthfulness - I wish someone had told me that a long-ish wait was possible at the start of our process. I mean, I think I 'knew' but it seemed like most everyone on here zipped right through, and that the exceptions weren't so likely to happen. Might have done my mental state a world of good during those trying weeks. I guess that's because my NOA1 was issued Feb 28. I am trying not to worry too much yet, but of course I can't help worrying I would be one of those, who takes 128 days (!) Right now, I am just thinking about my trip in May...I don't have to worry about the 10 lbs. I have stress from this whole process, trying to make plans for our life once we get there, so I haven't had much of an appetite since we mailed the thing... I love it that my 128 days is the standard for what everyone DOESN'T want! Hey, Jim&Gemz is worse - they're right now at 157 days (I believe) and still no NOA2 from CSC...! I hope you all don't have that long of a wait - it was gut wrenching. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Congratulations on finally getting your NOA2! And good luck in the rest of the process. Just through a timeline search? Thanks... NOt sure on how many Feb filers there are, but I put all the december filers into a spreadsheet and I just check timelines each day. To see approvals, enter the service center (to weed out Vermont) K1, dates and then scroll down and it will tell you how many people filed for that SC and how many have approvals. The guy (Myrna's man I think) was also a Dec filer, and he said he's cancelling his engagement . Don't see any more of those popping up at the top of the forum list anymore. There are a few of us left though and it gets to be pretty hard coming around and reading about VSC people complaining that they took 2 months to get approval and that was because of an RFE. I'm truly happy for every single person that gets their petition approved but it feels bad being left behind so far. I had hoped that my sweetie would be here in the US by my birthday in August but that is not going to happen now. Maybe she'll be here by Christmas, is our next hope. Wow, I am sorry you hear that! My fiance and I are waiting on our NOA2 now. I can't imagine how you felt reading about VSC people complaining about it taking two months with an RFE. I really hope you get approved asap.
