K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers - Interview Time!!!!!!!!	I just called the Department of State, and found out that our interview is on August 23rd. Seryozha hasn't yet received the packet 3 from them yet, but since at Moscow you don't send anything in advance we just have the 2 months before the interview to prepare all our papers! Wow, I am very excited right now! The funniest thing is that, two months ago, I already bought a ticket for the 24th, now I am gonna try and see if I can get there on the 22nd, since I had NO idea when we would get out of NVC even... Maybe your lawyer just never sent you the notice that they received it, because as far as I know NOA1 doesn't say ANYTHING about being forwarded to the embassy! and these days everything goes from USCIS to the National Visa Center, who then send it to the embassy. I guess I'll wait out the 30 days and call....it really is unbelievable! Cases approved, sent on and nothing from CSC. How are people supposed to prepare....I mean for those that don't have VJ and are still waiting, since we're all still w/in the "6 month" timeframe. Can you just imagine some poor person getting a call from their SO that they reveived packet 3....and the USC is still seeing "Case Pending" on-line? Ugh! -P That would be such a nightmare! At this point I don't know how I would get through the rest of the process without VJ! Luckily I found VJ as I was getting my papers for I-129F together. Before I found the site, I called to see about how long the process would take, and got the whole 6 months things. We made a lot of plans, then I found this site, and was "shocked" that it was more like 3 months...I hope they get this mess straightened out with the online updates, etc, asap! CONGRATULATIONS...I was also touched on both those days, but didn't get any e-mail, maybe that means that I am approved, too? Because some people have been able to get information from these people. This lady for instance was clearly reading from a script, and kept going on and on, and when I tried to get her to be more clear, just kept reading...since it's already 23:10 in Poland, I can't call back now, too tired But I will call more tomorrow, hopefully I'll have better luck. I think you should call. I called on the 17th because we'd had a touch and then nothing. They told me that we were approved on the 7th. Our's is on its way to London now. I couldn't imagine stilll waiting for an email or letter in the mail....which we haven't received either yet. Thanks.
