Try call DOS like Scott said, I took his advice and called DOS. They let me know the interview date way befoe the consulate notify my wife. I am getting nervous right now, June 23 is the date we been waiting for 1 1/2 years. :unsure:

This is our first marriage for both of us. we didn't expect these kinds of questions. they asked my wife what the name of my sibling company.i told once think she forgot or hard for her to pronounce the name. this is on the white slip after they list the excuses.
These facts as assertained by consular officers would convince a reasonable person that the claimed relationship is a sham entered into soley for immigration purpose and to evade immigrations laws. Therefore the reviewing officer has decided that the petition should be returned to the USCIS with the recommendation that it be revoked. Does every white slip have this statement?????
So what do i do now? Can I refile i-130 or wait for the appeal with can take up to two years. or more or can i do both, file i-130 first then appeal later. don't know if that cause any problems.

Bottomline is ! Mail order brides don't hack it anymore. You have to have a bonafide loving marriage. One trip and a few days together is a joke.

i met my wife in mid May. I went back to USA on June 10. We hang out almost 3 weeks. we dont take picture everytime we went out. On Sept 13 I went back with my parent for our wedding. From June to Sept we chat online and i call her every weeks. I didin't time can be an issue when two ppl really love each other. Dont no what i should do now. I just went back visit her last month. it's hard to take vacation on here. please give me some advice what i should do now. thanks

Yes, every notice of denial that doesn't give the opportunity to present additional evidence would have that final statement. If the above is true, there's no point in appealing the case. If you want your wife to come to the USA, you are going to have to conduct your relationship in such a way that the evidence shows you have a bona fide relationship. I've highlighted in bold the things that killed your chances. You'll have to change those facts to something a reasonable person would see as a bona fide relationship and then prepare your wife to answer the kinds of questions a wife in a bona fide relationship would know about her husband, his family and his life.

So my best chance right now is to refile i-130 again? Will they let me file again because the first time they think it's a fraud? Any suggestion? thanks you

my wife received a white slip after her interview. the consular think our marriage is a fraud. What can i do now??? Can i apply i-130 again or do i need to appeal. I heard if i appeal it can take up to two years. I went to a lawyer and she said i can't apply i-130 again. is that true??? some people said i can re-apply but they lawyer said i can't. I dont know which is right. Can some one please help????

I agree. However, is this a denial letter indicating the Consulate will return the case to USCIS or does it ask you for more information? In either case, what is the written reason for denial from the paper? Some reasons aren't worth appealing, because you would lose anyway. Sometimes it's best to start over by conducting the kind of relationship that will end in success.

i went to a lawyer. she said, it no use to refile because the consulate think our marriage is a fraud, they will return the case to USCIS to revoke it. she said i need to appeal or else my wife can't come to U.S for another 10 years. I dont no if it true but it scare the hell out of me. Some ppl said i can just refile. i dont no who right.

I case was send back to USCIS about 6 months now. It seem like the case will sit there. I heard many people have waited from 1 to 2 years before they can appeal. I want to know which one is best to ask for help if your case is pending too long, the Senator or Congress??? Or can I ask both for help?

Yes i did, after i found her got denied for her visa I went back to visit her. I also wanted to see the consulate to explain about my case but it didn't help. I am planning to go back in Sept to celebrater our birthday together.

I am trying to refiling I-130 and need some help on some questions. The first time I file for I-130 in 2007, I hired a lawyer and it was a waste of money. The lawyer just fill out the form and charge me big money. He didn't help us much with the interview. This time I am trying to do it myself and I am not sure what to put on these questions.

Section B:
#16. Have your relative ever been under immigration procedding?
Is this asking about me? not sure

Section C: Information about your alien relative?
#17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative.
should I put my name here or just put none??

Section D.
#2 Have you ever before filed for this or any other alien?
If yes give name, place and date of filing and result.
I think this is what i should put. Yes, my wife name, Vermont Service Center, November 2007, Approved.

On form G-325A. I have problem filling in some parts because it dont give me enough space to fill it out. For example on the part it ask for name of current husband/wife. When I try to fill out the city and country of birth, I can only fill in the city name but can't fit the word fit the country name on it. Is there anything I can do to fit all those word.

Hi all,

First I would like to thanks all Visa member for helping me through out the year. It's been a very though journey for me and my wife to get her VISA. Our journey is almost at the end. Hopefully this time she will get pink. :)

My wife just get a letter from the consulate asking for DS-230 today. When she fill out the form, she run in one problem. Her parent only have the year of birth. When she try to fill out the date of birth for her parent, it wouldn't allow her to put only the year. Can she leave that blank and fill it out with a pen??

Any one have bad experience mailing document to the consulate? Is the mailing system over there safe? I don't want my document get lost some where. My wife is planning to go to the consulate to hand in the DS-230 but it very far from where she live. Any sugguestion??
