I have a cousin who had renal failure and it was just a rough period for the family, but praise be to God one of her church brothers donated one his kidneys to her last year and she's back to her old self again. I'll be praying for him. Dang I completely missed this.. this is my amended tax return.. girl I got the other and spent it already lol Thanks I hope everything works out. I must say my guard is up but he is s-l-o-w-l-y tearing it down. He really seems to be a nice guy and I hope we do work out. Before I went he was just o.k. but after mi trip I really had a good time. It had to do with my I-864 of all things. I only submitted my tax info for 2009 and my side business had a major loss with all the deductions and all...needless to say...they wanted more evidence of my income...are you serious? Well I spent all morning pulling copies of bank statements, pay stubs for past 6 months, etc. I took an extended lunch to go and send the response and supporting docs on off. Please keep Den and I in your prayers. Dang side business that I had to dissolve cause it was a major pain...ughhh! Well mama Im sorry to hear about the side business and the RFE, but on a positive note, you are obviously a great record keeper and was able to produce so forward on!!!! Its primary function is to enhance breast development and initiate lactation. Hyperprolactinemia occurs when this hormone is found in higher levels then normal in the blood. Typically, serum or blood levels are less then 20 ng/ml. Prolactin may be elevated for a few reasons. The first is a benign, pituitary tumor, known as a pituitary microadenoma. This tumor is not cancerous but can cause increased secretion of prolactin. Hyperprolactinemia can also be caused by an imbalance in the hormones which control the secretion. Hypothyroidism can also cause hyperprolactinemia. Certain medications, especially those that affect dopamine, usually found in anti-psychotics or antidepressants, can increase prolactin levels. Symptoms Symptoms of hyperprolactinemia may be nonexistent, or women may notice the following: infertility galactorrhea (abnormal lactation) infrequent or irregular periods Diagnosis Prolactin can be easily measured through a routine blood test. Because a number of factors can affect the blood values, one should avoid breast stimulation and intercourse the night before the test. If the blood test comes back elevated, the doctor may wish to repeat the test, this time after fasting for at least 8 hours. An MRI may be ordered to look for evidence of a pituitary growth. Treatment Generally, two options are available for treating high prolactin levels. The first is medical care. The two most commonly prescribed medications are bromocriptine and dostinex. Bromocriptine is typically prescribed first, and can also be used to shrink a pituitary microadenoma in most cases. If the patient cannot tolerate bromocriptine, or if the physician feels that bromocriptine is not appropriate for the patient, doxtinex may be prescribed. Both of those drugs encourage the production of dopamine, which will inhibit prolactin secretion. Your doctor will probably want to periodically measure your prolactin levels to determine if therapy is effective. Medication can sometimes be stopped if prolactin levels return to and remain normal. Surgery can sometimes be indicated if the medication is not working or tolerated, or if a pituitary tumor is too large and not responding to medical therapy. Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies at home and a farrin, Part 27!	question Lol give me your thoughts do you think generally you deal with ppl the same or does your approach depend on the person?? ex..like if you have a child or even friend w/ a certain character trait and you deal with them differently than the other child or friend is it fair to the other?? should ppl learn to adapt, is it crippling them when the outside adapt to them? pls don't laugh at me, this came from NO WHERE and i am asking myself why did i even think of this LOL i'll be back I think that people have to be dealt with differently. We are not the same and not everyone will receive the "message" the same. Like for example I could say to my nephew "give me that" in a stern tone.. it wouldn't bother him the least, my niece however, if I said the same thing to her, it might make her cry.. So it depends on how you approach and I do believe people have to be approached differently.
