IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	wow.  from MSC13910615611 to my case number, there's around 100,000 files in between.  I hope they get all these churned out pretty quickly (I'm may 14th).   I'm May 14th too. and my number is MSC1391144XXX   I don't think the number sequence goes on with the date because of the distorted offices and different types relatives of the I130 application. Also, VisaJourney is only a very tiny fraction of applicants. So, not all applications are pending, transferred or going exactly like what people indicate here.    Keep in mind, not all people go online to discuss their immigration cases. Most likely, those who have been randomly waiting for too long. I still see people who are being accepted within the 5 months range but they don't care to research or go online to discuss their waiting time. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	I got first msg on :   On December 2, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at  1-800-375-5283 .   And then 2nd today :   On December 3, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.   You will most likely receive a third update like the "December 2nd" one but without any date stated, that is within the next few days. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	hi guys just wanted to let you know our 130 was approved, Im on vacation so really cant udate my profile or type in detail on this computer   but I got transferred to california, yesterday I got email that my alien registration # was changed, and today I got email that yesterday my application was approved   Im april 10 filer, my last email was on nov 21 that it was the local uscis office....so after they got it, they approved my application in a week time   I dont  have any hardcopies as Im on vacation and only get email updates   Im only posting this to give hope to people to keep your heads up, I will fill my timeline when Im back from vacation   Congratulations on your approval. ..and thank you so much for sharing such valuable information about the sequence of messages up to your approval. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	Just talked to a tier 2. I got lucky - she was polite!!! Yea, wow. But i really got no tangible info. Just that my i-130 went through a "check point" on nov 14th and that is still is at nbc (i was affraid it was lost, so at least i know it's not) She said the check point could mean anything, she can't tell from what she sees what it is. I can be that cases got shuffled or it could be something specific to my case, no telling.... She also put in a request for my i-129 to find out the status, i'm supposed to get something in writing in the next couple of weeks. So, i still wait.... I put the number in 3 times thinking I made a mistake. Anyone know how long it takes approximtely once at a field office for NOA2?? I am grateful.   I've seen it happening within a month. My I130 which was at Overland Park since May 24 got transferred on Dec4 (still do not know which service center) Just wondering whether Overland Park is another transit facility. What happened to all the officers who were supposed to adjudicate I130 from October 1?   Overland Park is probably one of the worst offices when it comes to a pending case. It was sent to California and my NOA1 says Overland Park.   I'm assuming that the NBC has many offices and Overland Park is one of them. OR maybe all service centers have NBC branch offices next door to them. However, my last concern is that I'm wondering if my case will be transferred, if Overland Park is currently transferring cases, Or it will be processed right away because it was originally sent to CSC. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 I-130 Filers	Called USCIS and talked to tier 2 they said they still in February ... they said would take 9-13 month total to process my I -130 I said nope you updated the system and it said 7.4 months!!!! she said they were backlogged and even so I am not outside of normal processing times have a good day and hung up. So they haven't done anything as of yest with my case even the birthday change I requested and they have until dec4th to change  feeling little down hearted because what are we paying these people to do... except be rude? They are only over the phone assistance. Very useless when it comes to questions about a pending case. Trust what you see from people and hope for the best.
