Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	I-601 WAIVER	I was subject to the ten year ban for unlawful presence, I was brought to the us as a baby :/ I have no criminal record though, married to a us soldier/ veteran for five years now so I'm hoping that will be good enough for an approval... And don't worry, its a very frustrating place to be, waiting... But hopefully it all gets resolved Cambo fresh if I were you I'd get a lawyer... Well since its a 601 the waiting time is the same married or not I believe. If I were you I'd join emigrate2us.net, they have been helpful to me.
