National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Interview Date!!	so last night i called, just like everynight and the lady told me "so your case is complete and your just waiting on an interview date to be assigned correct?" and i said "yes" and then she said "today we assigned your interview date for september 4th!" K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Chicago Lockbox	My question is I live in Michigan, and im currently trying to put together my I-130 for my husband and im trying to figure out which one im supposed to send it to. i was on the USCIS website and it shows the state of MI in both the options, and so im not sure which one i should be sending it to....does it make a difference? is one better than the other? or is there one of them specifically i should be sending it to? thanks in advance for any help! K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Translation	i had gotten my marriage certificate translated by an official as well and they had a seperate piece of paper stating that they were an official translator of the language and blah blah blah but it didnt say EXACTLY what they had on the guides as to what it "should" say. i believe it will work just the same. im pretty sure that the guide shows to write that if your having someone whos not an official translator, translate the document. hope that helps	Danyel y Miguel	Female	Venezuela	2008-02-12 10:41:00
