IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	sorry to hear marie. i didn't send them any proof. i don't have any proof of anything. my mother had the heart attack so we didn't have a formal wedding and no pictures of the wedding either. i tried to get her drivers license and couldn't because we needed adjustment of status and the only thing i ahve is a social security card. but we did get married here and not overseas if this accounts for anything. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	i was touched last week wednesday thursday and friday. i sent a letter on thursday. friday i sent my mother's medical bills and a summary from medicare on her condition and heart attack. i called yesterday to see if they received my fax and they told me that i would hear from them by phone or by email. i have yet to hear by any. who knows it probably wasn't a reason to expedite. my mother is better now and we are waiting for the tests to see if she needs a pacemaker now. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	thanks john. but i don't know if this can be expedited for this. i will find out i guess. the woman almost died and in fact we were up in new jersey at the time and the dpoctore told me if i had driven her home she would have died in the car. every month though there is another procedure being done on her. but again i do not know if this warrants an expediting petition but at least i tried and they have my information. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	another week of no approvals nice. well my mother had suffered another setback the other day with her heart condition. in 9 months she has more problems then anyone i know. so i called the uscis because i am the only one that takes care of her and since tax season is coming in 4 months i asked them if i can expedite it. i need my wife here because when she was here she went to help her on weekends and everything. i need to run my businessand take care of my house right now and my kids and cook dinner and all that. so i explained i am running to see her also. that it is hard on me with all this. she lives an hour away. i need to go see clients. so they gave me an a fax number and i faxed a letter to them explaining what happened since my wife was here last year and everything. they sent a response that i need to provide proof because they wanted my mother to go back into the hospital again but she didn't want to go and hopefully she will be ok. right now she is. but she has had kidney problems from this and had blockages in the neck also and a triple bypass in the last 9 months. they did tests now to see if she needs a pacemaker also. really, i do not know how much more mother can take. she almost fainted in the shower because her heart rate was very low. i explained to the uscis that i need my wife here that i can't do everything. my sister lives in new jersey. if anything happens to my mother i will go crazy because i love her dearly. i was touched the last two days. i asked them if it warranted an expediting process. i explained i need to see clients and run around for my mother also to see her. so i asked them if i could fax them bills or something from the doctor. i haven't heard anything since the fax but at least i know they have my file. i told them if nothing can be done to please put the letter i sent into my file so they will understand why last year we couldn't do the adjustment of status.
