IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	Sorry indigo.. i hope things work out for you. you should hear from them very soon. theya re working hard on april filers so i wouldn't be surprised that within two weeks you should be done. hopefully. it is very frustrating. this nvc process is no better. i am very frustrated with it also. waiting and waiting. how hard is it to look at tax returns and this paperwork. it should take 2 to 3 hours tops. i know they ahve a lot of people filing but better communication would be great. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	hello everyone!!! well i talked to NVC again today and they told me my case arrived there but it isn't in the system yet and told me to call in a week or a week in a half. lol.. the guy also told me that my case might not be expedited because of my mom's condition. that it has to be a medical comdition about myself or my wife and not a third party. he told me to send the information anyway. i told him the UScis approved it because of my mom but he said that there isn't a policy based on that. who knows!!!! i will try anyway and see if it goes through. i need to scan it through. he ntold me i didn't need my case number and to send things anyway wth my uscis number. My mother's condition was reason to expedite and i am very happy about it because she is very weak and she does have a lot of problems still.
