Last year to be exact. i think that they are working there way through march now because they are way behind. the end of the months are usually a lot of approval;s because of their quotas and so they are probably through the middle of march and you will see a lot of approvals or rfe's also. i am hoping also. slowly but surely they will go back and forth with approvals. let's get the push for april. it only makes sense because today is july 1st and they will be almost three months behind now. this means that they have a lot of catching up to do. it can't get to almost 4 months and the k-1's are only one to two months behind. so i believe there will be a lot of approvals now. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	March 2010 CR1 filers	John, i didn't send any proof either. i sent everything else. i also sent a copy of her social security and birth certificates. we had applied for a fiance visa last year. they have everything on us already if they looked it up because she came into country and we were married within 90 days. the problem is i don't have any proof of marriage because my mom had a heart attack in october so we wanted her to be there at the wedding so my wife and i just got married at the county clerk office waiting for my mom to get better. so i don't have proof of anything because my wife had to go back to brazil because of family emergency also. so we had to reapply for the marriage visa. that is why i been so impatient because it is taking so long.
