Hey thanks... well the first one was our error really - we didn't realise some of our docs hadn't gone in the pack till just after sending - just one of those things - waited for the NOA1 to get our number then sent the rest thinking they would match them up - but they didn't and we were eventually denied. The person who was supposed to be working on ours had again mixed up our 2011 (long dead) and 2012 petitions. Our infopass person discovered this.. got the files sent to their office - have now separated the two again (crazy!! - so much work was put into getting the second one perfect, everything labelled clearly etc etc). Anyway they have now sorted it out - I have no idea how long before we hear but they have finally allocated a number and everything !! I just saw that last post - great that you have it on the move and let's hope for a quick turnaround I think it is harder for the beneficiary as they are in a limbo, and can't really make career changes during the waiting period. The beneficiary has to leave their job, friends and family behind and virtually start from scratch again once they enter the States. The petitioner usually only has to deal with the separation. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March (2012) filers...	I guess I did not prove my relationship or visit to Nicaragua ... I had a picture and plane tickets ... I also need needed affidavits from friends stating that I went to Nicaragua to pursue our relationship I also need receipts, passport copies ... I had been there 4 times so I had to send pictures and conversations I had after the visits... etc ... the tickets aren't really proof that you travelled as far as they are concerned... would you still have boarding passes (proof that you actually boarded the plane and travelled); also copy of passport stamps; receipts from shops or ATM's during your stay. Did they actually ask for affadavits - if so, get those. Credit card/bank card statements showing you made purchases during those dates at that location. Copies of photos should have date and location detailed on the back. Best of luck! p.s. also, you only need to prove you have been together once within the two years prior to sending your I-129F. I got the text this morning as I was walking in to work, then I rushed to log on to the USCIS site to check. Finally my petition is approved. Just like the sentiments of others, although this should be a very happy time to shout it from the mountain top, USCIS makes it a bit difficult because our fellow Marchies (and some February folks) are still waiting. I've bonded with many of you and I will not leave this thread until everyone on our active list is approved. I'm also interested to hear about everyone's next steps (issues, questions, comments, advice, etc) up to POE, so I'll be here beyond USCIS approval. So come on VSC!! More approvals!! But like AmazingLove says, I dont feel comfortable talking about anything out of respect for those not yet approved. I feel so sad that my friends are still waiting, but I think things will start picking up next week. VSC had to get stuff out of the way. And now it's time to wipe out March's remaining ones! (I thought I'd thrown all mine away too, but when I had to collect everything I was surprised at how many receipts and rubbish as well as all the photos etc. I still had...haha) - he proposed after my last visit so I had no other opportunity to collect any other evidence. Now, just waiting to see what's gone wrong, but they told my fiance they seemed to have EVERYTHING they needed - so no telling what the hold up is I've just been for a run to try and fight off the building anger and frustration - (I'll let you know if it works.) Doesn't matter, because as soon as he gets a date, he's flying here to spend the time together waiting... who cares, it's only money, right? Grrrr. It WILL happen... you will get your wish I swear, if I didn't have you guys on here, I would go completely bonkers and my family would see an ugly mug shot of me on the evening news... with the headline: "Woman assaults VSC with rotten tomatoes..." Rotten tomatoes ! ... and yes.. its only money. Its the visa I can't get... insufficient ties/no job/spent too much time there in 2010. Tuesday through Thursday, one a day... what a nightmare. It breaks my heart to not see any of our group getting approvals. Monday is a Federal holiday, so they won't be doing anything that day. ... Oh, didn't realise that. I'm trying to add up the days/weeks it will take following NOA2 (should that ever happen). So my fiance was right ... with the RFE we will not be married till after March 2013 I think that is one of the most difficult things about this process.. you can't plan anything. If we had a timeframe, you could plan and work towards certain goals, but until the NOA2, its anyone's guess.
