I'm so happy that all of us early march VSC filets have started to receive our NOA 2's. I was surprised by my NOA 2 in less than 4 months because my petition was not available in the online system. I called just 2 weeks ago and they told me to give it 2 to 4 months longer. Good luck to everyone on their pending interviews! Congratulations... VSC is moving... Just hope the embassy doesn't mind waiting a little while since I'm currently in the US till July 20 lol ;/ At least I can get paperwork off my fiance to take back to Australia with me~ Congratulations and all the best! I have a coupon that expires at the end of this month and I figured I needed some pillow cases. While I was standing in line at the checkout I got the text and the email. "We have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).." We were right. June really is a good month for the March group. Congrats googled... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2011 Filers..	Hi March Filers, I filed I129F on March 16. Our petition was approved May 31 (CSC) . So now we wait for the NVC # and for the pkg to be forwarded to the Guangzhou consulate. What a relief that it has been approved. We are thinking that an Oct 10 interview date would be perfect since I (petitioner) was unemployed 2009, 2010 and until April 5, 2011. Even though my income is over 30K for 2009 and 2010 I think it is best to wait until I have been re-employed for six months before the interview. Thoughts/comments? I think one reason we were approved fast is because we have a K-2 age out issue and I wrote "Potential K-2 age out" on the petiion in a couple prominent places. Best of luck to all of you it'll happen... Congratulations!... things are obviously coming together for you as they should and all the best from hereon in. Just a question... with your age-out situation... how did you present this as we didnt mention it specifically though it is pretty clear from the initial petition that it is also significant in our case? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2011 Filers..	Well we were all crossing our fingers and toes for wishing to get approved quickly. Then the only other thing that we seemed to agree on was crossing our hair, and thats where the braiding comes in! So you don't really need long hair you just need to twist them together to bring you good luck and NOA2! Yeah its been almost 10 months since I've seen my woman and plan to go when she has her interview. So hopefully thats just a few short months from now. Well really, the real reason time goes fast for me is that I got a new job after I visited her and most of my days are spent with my mind in that so I never hardly have too much time to think about the visa. Also when I talk to her we're just laughing about other stuff and never dwell on how long its going to take. Oh ok.. hahaha.. well I can feel some serious braiding coming on around here soon then. I left my job last year to go to the U.S. to see my man and came back to NZ to sort out some things... then began the K1 process. I don't have a job now so not enough ties to prove I would come back, though I am totally 'no risk'. So the days are pretty long while waiting with fingers, toes crossed and now 'braiding' lol. Thats quite alright if my NOA2 comes a month or so later than yours cause I've got a ton to do and moving to a new apartment and all. Also my embassy is faster than yours so I still may beat you to the finish line! If my hair was long enough I'd be braiding (does it help the time go fast?). I've been sitting down here in NZ for nearly 7mths since I saw my other half and I've been writing lately - so all is not lost...I've been wanting to do some serious writing for years... And they haven't even touched my case since dec 9   If you haven't received anything then you definitely need to talk to them.. Been through this..  Ask to speak to a Tier 2 person or you will drift endlessly.. If you haven't had any feedback at all your file may be lost and you would be better to begin again.  Make the call and then figure out the rest from there.   All the best ... Hang in there and don't even bother looking at progress any where other than where your petition is.   You should have a little loop in your head that fires up just before you click on a topic that says - is reading this thread likely to be of use to me or could it just increase my frustration.   Your day will come - plan what you'll do to celebrate when it does.      ... this one ! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	how to see if my case was "touched"	If you  want to drive yourself crazy you can always check your Case Status ... there is a link on your Timeline Page where the box where you edit your timeline shows USCIS Case Status check.. if you click on that it will take you to the USCIS Case Status.  Often they don't update this anyway or if they do it is after you have already been advised of the change.. but sometimes you can be surprised.  Keeping an eye on other cases here that have a similar timeline I have found to be the best indicator, exception being those that are expedited for various reasons.     Also, the 'touch' doesn't necessarily mean anything.  It can just be that your file has been moved to another processor or similar.  All the best for a quick result.. CSC and has been 60 days already	The transfers to CSC from TSC were not speculation.  They did transfer a large number but not all of April and May filers to CSC.  Things are moving faster at TSC.... for how long is anyone's guess...  As always... it's the old "how long is a piece of string?" question.  I'm just hoping it will be fair and fast...   good luck to all !!! I was approved on 7/31 ,  shipped to NVC on 8/5 , Case#/MNL assigned on 8/13.   So, one week to ship and one week to get into the NVC system and get a case number assigned.
