This is what they sent me: Part 6 Sponsor's Income and Employment [x] XXXXXXXXX income indicated on the I-864 Part 25 does not correspond to the amount shown on the most recent Federal tax return. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2013	Hi everyone. Our NOA2 was May 3rd but somehow our file got 'misplaced' so when we got to NVC, it was on June 11. Anywho, I emailed the DS3032, got accepted, got our case number and IIN. My husband has paid the AOS bill, got the packet reviewed and he paid the IV bill yesterday. Anyone know how far away are we from a case complete and interview date? We were hoping for early July but I highly doubt it When did NVC receive your AOS packet? Ok so I sent my AOS packet on the 12th of June, NVC received on the 13th of June and I sent IV packet on the 14th of June, NVC received it on the 17th of June. So my question is its been a week since my AOS packet has been at NVC doesn't it take a week for them to review it after NVC received each packet? The 24th of June will be a week for IV packet at NVC. Can anybody give me an estimate for case complete? Colombia US embassy isn't a complicated embassy by the way. If you still can't pay it by Monday, then you may want to consider the alternative methods, even though it may take longer.   Also, just to be sure, you're using IE, right, to pay the bills?   Yes I used IE , but should I send the packet anyway?? This is because it looks like the first payment u made is in process per the error message, and once DOS updates the portal, we should be fine.     But nothing was deducted from my bank account, I don't know what to do   Well, it's going to take them longer to receive as you have to mail it in, compared to just paying online. And then they have to manually process the fee, compared to the automatic system for online payment. So, yes, it definitely takes longer if you mail in payment.     Thanks! The money has been deducted from my account, and i sent my docs to NVC. They told me it could take 5 business days for payment to post. I wont repay any fee yet.   Yea but was yours deducted the day after you made the payment?? My AOS still shows IN PROCESS but was deducted from my account the day after I paid it. I think I'm just going to pay again because my bank says that no payment was paid and nothing is pending.   I wonder what happens if NVC receives two of the same payments?? If you want to pay i think you can pay again. though if you thought the first payment went thru. cancel that payment so you can return back that payment back to your account. by informing your bank. then you can pay second if you want too. online payment is the fastest way as darnel and saylin informing to vj member in this thread. You need to use either a regular checking or savings account... I don't know whether it is the issue, just a thought...   No everything went fine with the AOS bill it was deducted from my account, I'm just going to wait till tomorrow to see if anything was deducted from my account, if not I will pay it again. I saw on this thread a vj put wrong bank account no. from processing to not paid . just check your bank account if there is a deducted amount for thay bill. ??   Me too, I remember seeing that thread too, which is why when I had made the payment I quadruple checked if the account number and routing number where correct and they were, and I called my bank and they said that nothing was pending on their side. I called NVC and the lady told me to wait 3-5 business days to see if anything was deducted from my bank account. This sucks!!! Ughh!! Idk what to do?? Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately." message... so given the last experiences with fee payments ...does it mean we'll soon be invoiced? You will see it says AOS/IV.when you print it or download it.   Once I paid the AOS bill the cover sheet was ready to be printed but I just paid the IV bill but I didn't see the IV cover sheet available to print, should I be worried??
