Canada	omg i can't believe it!!	My husband was laughing and making jokes on the ride home today as its been so long since he saw me laugh blush etc. we ended up signing the offer today, all the apperwork has been sent out just gotta wait for the fha appraisal and loan to go through. Its been 6 months since we saw the house originally and it has gotten dirtier since then (if that is even possible). But aside from some good old cleaning minor repairs (drywall holes door holes etc) a good paint job, its in moveable condition. Oh and no way in hell i'm using that stove or dishwasher..BLECH i'll never understand how ppl just stop caring and cleaning their home...i mean you still have to live there!. But i dont care..i'll live an extra 2weeks after closing at the inlaws while i clean and make it movein readyfor us. I'm just so damn happy right now. Nice situation to be in... you already did the homework on it from the first time so you were all set to sign without going through all the questions and discussions. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	WORST DAY EVER!	Just relax and keep busy.  The process, looking back, wasn't that bad.  The trick is to keep busy and don't think or obsess about it.  Good luck.     Just think about it like this... each day that passes, you are a day closer to being with him :-)   This whole process isnt for the faint hearted. But try to find creative ways of being together. Watching the same movie while being with eachother on skype. Or, eating the same meal ( Big Mac form McD's ) for dinner together.   Love bares all things, believes all things, hopes all things...     It will all be over soon and all of this frustration will be a distant memory. I was with my husband for 3.5 years going through the long-distance trials before our approval and it's already a distant memory even though our POE was only a couple months ago!   Hang in there! You're very close!     Hrm and then remember it could be worse and be grateful for what ya have . Sorry I'm a mom. Couldn't help myself. Lol.     I think we've all been there. Spend the day with your family and friends, enjoy yourself. And have a great date night on Skype. Or whatever you use...     Happy Birthday  I am sorry he is not with you today but soon this will be over and you will have the rest if your lives and many more birthdays and special occasions to spend together.      I know how you feel. My 1st wedding anniversary is in 3 days and we'll be staring at each other on a computer, just like we spent our birthday...still apart. (We share the same birthday...) If USCIS are making a new form, then in the meantime of making a new form they should be training the people at NVC on how to review them! Its called common sense people! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	IV Bill, In Process Then Not Paid	My case is even weirder. I AOS  was invoice and i paid. For two days it was shoing in process and after 2 days it said paid. Then i printed the cover shet and sent the AOS package and then a few days later it said not paid. When i checked my bank account, nothing was deducted so i paid the fee again. This time, the amount has been taken of my account and preccessing is complet per my online account. The NVC still says in progress. Not sure what is going on but i am not stressing about it. I already got lots to worry about.   Lol! They were told ther had to go to another room and talk to someone else, but the husband and wife was not seperated at all. In which line? The USC line? Or the tourist line? So I will be returning to the states with my husband but once we arrive to the airport but before we go through immigration they always have two lines, one line is for US citizens and residents and the other is for tourist and visa holders. So my question is can I go with my husband to the tourist/visa holder line or do we have to part ways when we go through immigration? Or can he come with me to the US citizen line? So we were wondering if some people ever had this type of issue. For exemple, they ask to write the name of city of birth when it's already written ^^ That's pretty weird.
