K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA1 Received, Now what?	Best thing is to look at your consulate info from Embassy info site (see top of VJ page) and see what they require and also Embassy Review site (also top of page) which gives you insight into what to expect. You should find details on the DS156 and DS156K and DS230 and Police Release form etc... You can get these ready and send them back so when you get the NOA2, you are all set to go. You can also get other info ready for the interview ... including Birth Certificate, passport, evidence of relationship, I-134 etc. It should all be mentioned on those to Embassy Info and Embassy Review sites. I've found that if you look at other petitioners, it can be confusing at times because requirements for their beneficiary's country can be different. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Fastest NOA2 for K1	i disagree. we should all keep eachother's hopes high during this process. it makes time go easier and we can make eachother smile while waitting. i look at my march fellows, how we chat everyday and talk about a lot of stupid stuff and then out of nowhere, one of us gets approved, then another, and without realising, 2 months are over. "prepare for the worst" is the last thing you should tell to a person who's waitting Yep! Whatever works is my motto... if the chat takes your mind off it for a while and gives you a few smiles, then its the way to go. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Fastest NOA2 for K1	i know its really frustrating,just keep your patience ,thats all I and my fiance have...you are still lucky you already got your NOA1 ,while us we havent received anything from NOA ,we just got our email and text message for the notice of acceptance....sometimes it feels good to see in here that other people is going through the same thing.you are not alone.im telling you ive never been stressed out like this before.but theres nothing we can do but to wait.im good in giving advices and saying this things to other people but i coudnt apply this to myself cause this process is really toxic.goodluck to both of you yea... know what you mean ... the uncertainty and waiting is really pretty tough. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA1 receipt NO. not recognized by USCIS.GOV system	This seems to come up quite often that cases either dont show up at all or as has been said stay in 'initial review' indefinitely so by all means check back with them in a week or so but it doesn't appear to be a reliable way to track progress. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Vermont Center really Sucks	Why is is taking CSC average of 3 months to adjudicate KI and it's taking VSC average of 6 months? I can understand some variables affecting both centers in terms of processing times, but 3 months ? This is more than ridiculous and it's beginning to really piss me off. I really miss my baby who is now 6 months pregnant and it's killing me that VSC is this bad! unfortunately there is nothing I can do but wait and pray for divine intervention because that's all I have now. For those that have got their NOA2s congrats and for those in the same boat as me, keep hope alive! You can't be that far off hearing something. Wish you both (make that the 3 of you) all the best!
