My interview went well, I was told I was approved, BUT, she will be looking more into my legal problem that I had in 2008 and that if everything matches up, I should be getting my visa within a few days. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Getting an RFE :(	I have no idea why. The only thing that I can think of is that I only had 2 photos to send and they were indirectly showing us together because we were back to back in a row boat! We have taken pictures since. Do you have any idea if it is an issue to send in those more recent photos if that's what they want? They were taken after the app was sent though. I have never liked to have photos taken and so we never took them together because we didn't know we would need them to apply for a visa In that case it could be anything, maybe you just missed answering a question, could be a request for additional information or maybe the photo as you suspect. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Request for Evidence Response Review	They asked us for two things: 1) Letter of intent. I had already sent it, but it was a copy. I guess they wanted an original. 2)proof of having met. For this i sent copies of our passports, and airline ticket stubs. I hope this is enough... You can also send any receipts for payment for you both when you were together, boarding passes actually prove you boarded the flight/s ... maybe also a couple of photos as secondary evidence. I have seen other Haiti cases in recent months that have been approved in 10-14 days and my understanding is that there is some fast tracking as far as Haiti is concerned. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA1	Hello you all. My fiance sent the package with the I 129F fiance visa in June 06 and so far we havent received our NOA1. Is there something wrong, isnt it? He didnt send with the receipt confirmation, but shouldnt we have something by now? Do they send a message on his phone? I dont know what to do as we dont even have a case number so if I call, how will they help me? Am SO sad. Please someone help me... Need ideas... I dont know if anyone of you have been through this cause as I see everybody gets the NOA1 in days or a week. And ours will be a month next week He is from FL. Id would be happy if anyone can help me... Sorry guys having a bad day today Thanks!! Your fiance (the petitioner) can contact them and explain what has happened. They will give him a case number and it will give you a starting point. Yes, there have been problems with NOA1's recently they are so backlogged so it may be with them but not responded to yet. I don't know why people are having a hard time understanding your situation. You see your family three or four times per year, and you thought the USCIS would appreciate the fact that you have had a long-term relationship with your fiancée and you have two kids with her. The only thing you didn't do is to send any evidence from the two-year period immediately preceding your filing, but you do have that evidence and you will be sending it in. that's how I read it.. so lets hope so	Andie	Female	New Zealand	2012-07-02 10:51:00

Actually I did include the tickets, photo and stuff its just not within the specified 2 years. I would think the "2 years" was the minimum requirements to show that the relationship is bonafide. So I thought sending earlier evidences would be more preferred. I guess I was wrong. Anyway will be sending as they required. How did you request expedite processing? Can you send RFE online? I think you may have misinterpreted what they are asking for... They need evidence that you have been together/met/visited within the 2 years prior to your petitioning. I think what you are saying is that you have sent evidence older than 2 years, thinking that it shows your relationship has been for much longer than that 2 years (and therefore more solid), and not sent anything from within the 2 years prior to petitioning. What in fact they need is evidence of having been together within the past 2 years. Since you visit them 3 or 4 times a year, I'm sure you have evidence of those meetings with boarding passes, passport stamps, etc. If you reply to the RFE by sending this information (proof of seeing each other within the past 2 years)... it is often only a matter of a few weeks before they are able to approve your petition.
