Filed our I-130 and I-129F also on the last weeks of July and got positive results - we already have our NOA1 for both! (see my signature) The fee for our I-129F was also waived. However, like everyone else in here, it'll be a long wait for the NOA2 to arrive. Its already been a month for both forms and we do not even have a "touch" on both. Well, good luck to all of us! K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	August filer, received hard copy NOA2, both files at NVC	First and foremost, congratulations on your approval. Anyways, it has been like that even for June and July filers (check out my timeline). What happens is that your I-129F goes to NVC for the processing of your K-3 Visa. The I-130 stays at USCIS and will be used upon AOS of your wife/husband when he/she is at the States already. Good luck on the rest of your journey! And my husband took a lot of evidence, pictures, joint bank statements, a lot of stuff. THEY DID NOT ASK TO SEE ANYTHING. They did not even look at what he took. They only asked when we met, how long we dated, if he had ever been in the US, and if we were married both legally and religiously. My husband said yes, we are married both by law and by the catholic church, and they said, OK you are APPROVED. That was it!!! How are you doing with the process? Hi Rhonda, You'll get your DS230 and Affidavit of Support when the embassy at Jordan forwards you the Packet after they receive the package from NVC.
