I think I'd probably be more comfy in the cotton (pink) dress, especially if it's 100+ degrees outside! I'll have to think about it a little more and see if I must have it. I'm too lazy to find places like David's Bridal and go out shopping. I also don't think any wedding gown places have anything but sleeveless dresses.... So it go.... I don't know what you're willing to spend and I only have one recommendation since I don't know any Mobay hotels. We stayed one night at Coyaba Resort....it was very nice! 'Manya turned me on to that place. It's definitely cool, and comfortable and reasonably priced. Always clean & spacious, and they have a restaurant on-site if u wanna eat there. It's right on the strip, about 5 minutes from the airport. I think it's about $110/night for a room w/ a full kitchen. Cheaper if you just want the room w/o kitchen. True. When we filed it took about 6 months to go from USCIS receiving our paperwork to the approval in Kingston. Some yardies that filed the same time as me were approved faster, others that filed before me were delayed. There really is no rhyme or reason to their method, all you can do is make sure your submissions (paperwork and evidence) are on point and triple checked once yo do decide to file. Someone will correct if I'm wrong. I was unders the same impression - but I think it's bull to make someone file for AP and EAD. Hubby's EAD came almost two months before conditional GC but employers wouldn't hire him because they said they needed the GC. Mexico, Latin & South America	FILING QUESTION FOR YARDIES	I know that if I chose CR1 the wait is longer and that will lead to more travel expenses and phone calls etc. Exactly. There are no "benefits" between choosing one over the other when the deciding factor comes down to money. You may decide to do K3 or CR1, but what happens when airfare has increased by so much it's impossible to get a ticket? With the way our economy is now, there's no telling how the travel industry will be impacted. From someone who was in your shoes almost four years ago when deciding to file, I say talk with your man and get his input. The decision that you make will affect him too. I have slacked on drinking as much water as I used to, and I have started eating the sweets again. The exclusive breastfeeding is what I think is helping keep the pounds off of me. Yea, it was a totally horrid year. I think Rhonda and myself are about the same time line, real close. Been awhile since I seen Elizabeth, Rhonda, Mindy, and all our old friends. I found this thread and was totally thrilled! As for Lake and I, we get along great, no probs, except the man still never talks much. OH, and he JUST passed that goshdarned GED I used to complain about for the last three years. I must say, he kept at it and tried and tried and studied. It was so heartbreaking, as he had to have a total of 450 between all the test scores and he was raising it from like 420 ...TWO points at a time. His graduation ceremony is December 18th and I am SO PROUD of him. So tell your men to keep after it!
