Hi Hanna thanks for asking, I see you and Vito will have some time together in about 56 or 57 days I think thats great Geraldyn and I are doing great, and being apart even though it sucks is defiantly making our relationship stronger Although not being there with and for Geraldyn during the pregnancy is very hard We text or talk every morning and night...even shop online together Right now our big subject is baby names,it may be a little early but we want something unique,and different which makes it a little hard to find names we both like or agree on. But it may get a little easier because on the 9th Geraldyn has her next visit with her OBGYN and we are hoping to find out if the baby will be a girl or a boy . We all know that with the speedy approvals and also the VJ'res that have been here a while that it is imposable to make defiant plans around the Visa So for now we watch...listen and read all that we can about this journey we are all taking. Apparently any vaccination you dont have, the docs at the medical can do them for you, however this does cost a lot and so its better off doin it with your own doctor. What vaccinations are needed tho doea any1 know? AND whats the HPV vaccination? If u started it here can you complete the course in USA and does it have to be completed in order for you to apply for ASOS? the hpv (think i got it right), its the vaccine for the virus that attributes to cervical cancer i think its the human paplova something or other. apparently if you are female and under 27 you need it, well thats what people have been saying and they also say its done in three injections. apparently its a new requirement. look in the united kingdom forum and there is a pinned thread from jeraly. she found the information about it. as for the vaccinations in total i'm still looking it up i did find it on the embassy in uk perhaps you can try your embassy site.? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May filers	Hello everyone I just noticed this tread....sent our I-129F in on May 14th...received on May 15th 11:04am signed by V.SEMEGI..check cashed May 16th...NOA1 notice date May 16th...viewed cashed check in my online banking and got my receipt # May 19th,also signed up to receive automatic e-mail updates and finally received the NOA1 hard copy in the mail May 22nd Of course we had to file with the CSC...so we will see what happins . Because there is not enough spaces when you fill it out online and print it out, it reads Philippine instead of Philippines. I did my online, and I had no problem with it not having the "s" on the application. I don't expect it will be a problem but with an already signed form, you'll be writing it by hand. [ ] For Applicant's residence she has Philippines typed in there, maybe they will see that and know?...I will pen in what I can and hope for the best. By reading on this site I see that they can be picky when they want...but it will take another 2 weeks to have my Fiancee type,sign and express mail new G-325A forms . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Pregnant during K1 Visa	This site is amazing...just when I was not sure what we were going to do,I just needed to come here and read . Geraldyn and I are also going to have a BABY ,The baby is due December 15th-17th but we were getting a little worried because some were saying they would not let her travel, also when we talked this morning before work Geraldyn said she was told the baby would have to have her last name and also that we may have to pull our K-1 get married and apply for a K-3. This was from someone that works at the Manciple Hall in her town I told her not to worry and let me go on VJ after work to see if I could find anything out....boy I'm glad I did. Thanks for the info about Registering for Birth Abroad and also about flying while pregnant, it has answered many questions and helped ALLOT. I used that service also before and it took more than a week to reach my Fiance. So hang on there and you will have it in few days. About the Photos, i suggest that you paste the picture in a bond paper and put the caption on it. You can put 2 or more pictures in one bond paper depending on the size of the picture. You can do it in MS Word or in Photoshop just don't edit the pictures and use the Photo Printer for better picture quality. Congratulations! The issue is one of having them immigrate to the US. Yes 'pushbrk' you are correct and I should have chose my wording a little different. The point I was trying to get a crossed was protecting the children is great, but the AWA should have been looked at more closely before being put into place. What does POSSIBLY preventing a spouse from immigrating to the US do for anyone? If a person, man or woman is going to do wrong....they are going to do it no matter what! Can the law be changed? As to this law making it imposable for you to be with the beneficiary,I would hope not! Nothing is imposable...it may not be an easy road,but with no positive posts on this subject or any post from someone that may have already been through it (which I could bet there is if they had enough hair on there ### to post) it could really help out. There are thousands of Petitions out there that may have similar circumstances and I am not going to believe that they are all being denied or that everyone has retained an immigration lawyer. All I can say is if your Fiancee knows everything and you love each other...don't give up!! My situation may be a little different in saying this last part because we have a baby on the way, but I am very proud to be an American and who I am.....but I would not think twice about moving there to take care of my future wife and our child!!!
