Jim and I havent seen each other since October 12th,2006 and due to his divorce there's no telling WHEN we'll see each other,much less when we can finally put the I 129 in......... It's so hard at times,and James and me have been through hell and back this year already..........him having had a very busy stressful job at a Company that just didn't know what they did,the divorce dragging on,the pain of being seperated and on top of all that his "friends" trying to break us up telling him I was only after a Green Card.......... Trust me I know how you feel. Try to focus on the future you guys will have together and stay strong!!!!! It's so well worth it.Love can move mountains! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October Filers at CSC!!!	Thought I'd start a thread about October Filers at CSC here. I don't know about all the others that filed at CSC but it's just depressing to me to see the Vermont Filers getting their NoA 1's in the October Filer thread while CSC Filers have to wait and wait and wait. Am I impatient?! Yes and I know it. But James and I have already had a 2 year waiting time due to his ex messing with the divorce and I'm really frustrated by the wait by now. Especially since the Processing times at CSC are sky high and instead of sending additional staff to CSC where they'd be MORE than needed Vermont gets 200 new staff members while they're already WAY ahead of CSC. ANYWAYS- CSC October Filers post here please that way we don't get pulled down by looking at the Vermont October Filer's speedy Process. Good Luck to all of us.May God give us strong nerves!!!!!! Well,I did a little timeline search and yeah it DOES look like they kinda sort by countries of the beneficary......... European countries and a few other countries DO get their NoA 2's faster than other countries. I think it has to do with high fraud risk and then the middle east issue.........African countries-I think that has to do with the way they do papers in Africa.(Have a friend who married someone from Nigeria and they had lots of problems with the way African Paperwork is). Butno matter where you come from- the wait is long.And each and every day that we all are being seperated from our loved ones is a day too much............ So come on CSC,so far I havent seen a single one for today,thats why I keep it low with my guess of 27.Also Valentines Day-they'll all hurry home and leave our files cllecting dust just because they CAN spend that special day with their Sweethearts while we have to wait what seems forever........... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	AUGUST I-129F FILERS UNDER CSC	You bet I will MOX,and by the way,your list wasn't bad either.Hey we were at 178 on yours so look at it,that really aint all that bad. I'm just still very upset with ppl trying to fight the fee increase.Come on now,what is not even 300$ more if you end up having to wait 3 MONTHS longer to be approved? In my eyes that was a rather stupid move ppl have made there.Now for AOS Filers I can understand it somewhat because those fee's have gone upp a lot and you have to pay for all members of the family that are coming to the US ,but the Fiance Petition-no I would much rather pay more and be with my man sooner than the other way around......but that's my own personal opinion. With that said. we will all be approved sooner or later,tust me I know how hard it is to be patient,we had to wait for James's divorce for 18 months and that even though the two of them have been seperated and living in different States/ Countries ever since Dec 2001. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	AUGUST I-129F FILERS UNDER CSC	Ok Guys even though I am not an August Filer (October here) maybe my 2 cents can cheer someone up. James and I have been number 297 on Nov 30,on the great list that StillThePrettiest puts out each week for CSC Filers,just two days ago on January 5th we were already up at 164!!!!!!!! And yes I too thought "Gosh they are so slow....." but when I looked it up and saw that we went up 133spots in just over 5 weeks than I DO think there is hope left. I'm sure we will see lots of August Filers being approved this week.And always keep in mind that there's only 40 something ppl that HAVE filed in August.So like I said I'm sure CSC will finish you August Filers up in January. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	How to Shake Your NOA2 Loose from the CSC	So ya James did call them nice ppl of the USCIS today.........and was told (by some rude officer) that we're still in the normal Processing Timeframe and that all those October Filers that have sent their paperwork in after we did and recently got approved must have (all!) been expedited and if we could find out the case numbers he could look all of them up and could by then tell us why ,even though they have filed (up to 10 days after we did) after us have gotten approved......... Bunch of bs if you ask me.............. Not very happy here....... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K1 and K2 approved in FRA	After not bringing my boy to the Interview last week and the trouble about the uncertainty of his Citizenship we went up to Frankfurt again today and were approved. VERY nice staff up there,great people,very few questions asked and very little papers needed. Good Luck to all of you still waiting. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	OCTOBER FILERS	OK so tomorrow my man will call the 1-800 number for the USCIS and ask them whats going on and whether we are approved or not since last week several ppl found out that way that they were approved and just haven't gotten notice yet....... We have now changed the date for our wedding from May 17th to June 21st since Mister went ahead and spend 1000$ on a freaking cell phone (and the required deposit).......them 1000$ were half of our Airfares so now ,even in case we are approved or get approved this week,we don't have the cash anymore to be flying out by the end of April. Sucks big time since flight fee's change on May 1st and get about 50% more expensive............. Men!!!! Why can they not just THINK before they go out and get their lil toys???? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	OCTOBER FILERS	Yes I indeed look the searches up by sent date.Simply because there have been ppl sendig their petitions weeks before they get NOA1 and in my eyes an October Filer only is an October Filer when he /she sent the paperwork in OCTOBER. By God I wish there were 27 October Filers approved from CSC.......... You just looked at it different than I did.Anya I'm the first one to admit that I'm stressed out at the moment.........This whole process is driving me crazy......... We had to wiat very very long to even be able to put the papers in (due to a never ending Divorce even though they were living seperate and apart in different States ever since 2001!) and now I'm simply worn out......... I didn't mean to be rude........ Just desperate and worn out at this point.There seems to be more and more we have to go through.Now it seems that we need a Co Sponsor even though my SO makes more than 6000$ a month,but since his TAXABLE Income is only 21000$ for last year we got a problem....... I mean come on now,Vermont is approving October and November Filers left and right while freaking CSC has only approved 3 October Filers.........Thats just NOT fair.We all pay the same amount of money for our Petitions but ppl going through CSC ain't getting any SERVICE at all. I'm happy for them VSC Filers being approved but at the same time it makes me get really mad at the Service Centers that there is such a huge differece in the waiting time. Why is it that VSC is getting additional staff members while it actually is CSC that desperatley needs more ppl to work on or cases???? NOT FAIR!!!!!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	OCTOBER FILERS	No that infi is NOT correct at all.There's way more May/June/July and August Filers STILL waiting.And NO September NOA2 so far.Not from CSC that is. I know how you all feel,I'd much rather be approved right now too,but thanks to all them "smart" ppl that have tried to beat the (not even 300$ for the I 129f) fee increase we all have to wait several months longer. Am I upset about it?! You bet I am.Personally we would have much rather paid 500$ more and be approved within the normal 90 day timeframe then having to sit here and wait God knows how long just because some ppl think the 285$ saved on the I 129f is worth waiting several mnths longer to be with your loved one. Now as for OS fee increase I can sort of understand that but NOT for the I 129f. Lets just HOPE that the backlog will soon be history and all of us October Filers will be approved in February.Maybe even late Januray,which I seriously doubt because ever since 12/19 CSC handed out only 12 NOA 2's. And that's 11 days........... Let's hope and pray that we see at least 30 NOA2's next week. Go over and look on the list in the Waiting for NOA2 from CSC,the last one was issued 12/19.And hoping for a new one as soon as the person making the list returns from the holidays. Best of luck,much of patience and speedy approvals fopr all of us! Got bad news yesterday about the house we so wanted to rent (and possibly buy next year) and now we can't have that awesome house and my Baby is all upset because he knew how I fell in love with that freaking house........It so sucks that all of us here can't even HUG our SO's when they are down......I just wanna go home and be with my man.so sad tonight.And it's still SOOO long to wait. On top f that processing Times for Frankfurt Consulate have gone down from 70 days to 55 and now to 48!!!!!! So MAYBE we can still get married on May 17th?! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	OCTOBER FILERS	Nope I wasn't stone,actually never in my life.lol. Just had a really bad day ,missing my man like crazy. The thing is that we have already had a very long wait time before we were even able to put our papers in,so I guess I just got stressed out yesterday......... I just saw all those NoA1's from VSC,didn't know that in the end they were slower than CSC. And yeah I'd really like to know that everything's ok with our paperwork.........I know it got there,but our passport pics were taken on Sep.10th and they received our Petition on Oct 10th....so ya I'm worried about that. But we had no way of sending papers in earlier because we were waiting for his Divorce Decree which we STILL don't have a certified copy of.We had to call the ex's lawyer and have them FAX a copy so we could put the papers in........ Just a lot of delays and frustrations on our way already and I guess my stress level was a bit too high yesterday........Sorry if I offended someone! But I think we all get emotional at times. It's driving me up the walls..........why that difference?? It's not like ppl that have filed under CSC have more time,patience or what ever.We want to be reunited with our loved ones too! There's so many October Filers under VSC that have gotten their checks cashed and their NoA 1's issued while we don't hear a thing.Gee not even the ones that filed on the 1st under CSC have heared anything so far.Some ppl have filed 6 weeks ago under CSC and STILL no cashed check or NoA1! My Sweetie is on the way to the UPS Store right now mailing our I 129F in to CSC per overnight express!!!!!!! oThank God we FINALLY achieved that goal. I wish all of us a speedy Journey and that we may be reunited with our loved ones soon! Thanks for all the support and encouragment I have received from the great and helpful people on this site over the passed two years in which James and I had to fight like hell to get his divorce done and over with. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers!	I'm getting very frustrated. Elise and I seem to be left behind. We received our NOA on the 16th (it was dated the 13th). Our last touch was February 21st and still no NOA2. And this is via VT! At least I was lucky enough to visit her (I just got back). If I don't hear anything soon I may reach out to my congressman (though I don't want to "cry wolf" too quickly). Congrats to all who already received their NOA2s. -Brian Ugh! It's been a month and I haven't got the NOA1 in the mail yet. I'm not even *CONSIDERING* our NOA2 yet. I just want CSC to mail the NOA1 already! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers!	I think you misunderstood my question, ding...or it's entirely possible that I phrased it badly. I was refering to the fact that I am in a tizzy because my receipt date is 2/9 yet people who filed more than a week after me are already getting NOA2s. Then Tonyeck mentioned that there are still early Feb filers who've only received their NOA1 and nothing more, and I asked how to find them so I felt better. Now this second attempt at asking this questions sounds clear as mud! Think I need to sleep and stop stressing. I was often posting about not getting a touch, not knowing if my case was actually received, what was my case #... and was an early Feb. filer. I was replying to your post in reference to Tonyeck's statement. You just found one, or I thought I'd had no touches until I could read my case #. Got mud? I do! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers!	Where have you seen those from the 6th and 7th who haven't received anything after their NOA1? It would make me feel a lot better to know that I'm not the only one... I had to wait until my checks were returned to me to be able to read my case #. So just tonight I saw that my case was entered on 2-15 and touched 2-23-07. I guess it was touched ... it says; "Last Updated 2-23-07" so I assume that's a touch. I could previously ONLY see a 2-20-07 date on the faxed copy of the back of my check.
