We only got a chance to talk briefly about when he can go. I have to first find out if I can over-night a package to him. He wants to fly next Monday. We'll see. He may be here in a couple weeks. That's crazy! I hope so. I have to get a printout from the bank, which I work at...so that's no problem. I have to make a letter for my supervisor to sign, and I 134 and intent to marry for myself. Everything else is complete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well... since monday is a holiday, i will send it down Tuesday. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Packet 3-CDJ	YAY I received Packet 3 today!!!!!!! Exactly 1 month after Ciudad Juarez received our petiton. I, the USC, got the packet. The letter states that he is welcome to the open appointment any workin day from 8-10 am. I am so excited!! We are so close! Does the petitioner HAVE to attend the interview with the fiance? I ask this because I work full time and go to college full time; therefore, it is VERY challenging for me to get some time off to do this....I'm sure it can be arranged, but is this mandatory? I have read in other posts, but I can't really find a straight forward answer. I also want to know if I do not attend, can I send a signed letter to my fiance stating that I cannot attend due to school and work? Would it hurt my case if I don''t attend? I would hate to have it denied for something like that you know? Still hoping and praying for those NOA2's!! I have a VERY busy schedule as well. It's actually quite helpful keeping busy because it makes the time seem like it's faster. I have a couple questions. After we recieve the NOA2...what happens after that? I am aware that we both go through seperate interviews and get a physical exam..but i have read on other posts about packages and touches and what not...well... Can someone fill me in on what to expect after the NOA2? Also...about how soon after i recieve it will he be able to come to the US. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February filers at CSC	Hello! Have you guys tried to call NVC at all? I'm surprised that you have received NOA2 and it hasn't arrived to NVC yet. Our petition was approved the 22nd, arrived to NVC the 28th and shipped to Mexico the 30th (today). I called 4 days in a row (Friday-nothing, Monday-petition arrived, Tuesday- still pending at NVC, Wednesday-shipped out). I would call NVC. They seem to be nicer at NVC compared to CSC. And they know more about the case . I called 1-603-334-0700 and dialed 1, 5 to speak to someone. It would put me on "hold" with the man repeatedly saying the lines were still busy bla bla bla but eventually someone picks up . I'm confused about it being on "hold" for this long.. almost 2 months? That's a waste I'm sorry that happened. Hopefully it's something silly and easy to fix if it is an RFE. It's such a complicated thing, though because there ARE still some January filers waiting... So it's just weird. My dad has also had a couple of dreams with him. The last time was about a month ago. He said Jorge was in our house and he was crying because he was so happy to be here. I believe in all that stuff. It keeps me faithful. Hopefully we'll see a lot of action this week.
