I think it was adding pages as I went through the previous ones! I was living in Greece for 6 months with my SO parents! He had just finished with his university and was living back with them when I went to meet him. They are very loving people and made me feel very welcome. Then it came to the idea of me STEALING her boy to come to the states! She's much more at ease with it now and actually misses me! Maire, I would also suggest the idea of moving. Your situation is a little unique with the army service though. Thats gotta be a big hassle for you. Trying to get the timing just right is a balancing act I do not envy. Yes... that balancing act has to be difficult. Yes it's a bit much but I've heard of stalling certain aspects on purpose that do not concern the visa's integrity, if we need to anyways. I think we're having either VERY small wedding. But the good thing is that I KNOW it's over in 257 days, no more no less. I am a highly patient person, but I miss my honey and only get to call every few days if lucky. I am able to have co-sponsor, phew. And wow... I've always heard such bad things about filing things in Greece and the Bureaucracy inhibiting any sort of quick reply. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 09 - VSC	I think a really big aspect of weight loss is not to stress about it! Stress can make it harder to get the weight off and will make you even gain weight. I guess stressing about this visa process isn't helpful either . (go go vsc!) Eating healthier and exercising become a habit, and it's not a habit that is instantly adapted into the week. Once you go for a bit on the path though, it does get easier and then exercising becomes easier as little bits of weight drop off! Swimming is a great way to go if you have knee problems, it's very low resistance and gets your whole body moving. You can't really do 100 sit ups and no other exercises and expect to have an 8 pack . It'll be hiding! I'm back to my thin lanky self after going up to 235 lbs. I'm 5'11 so it supposedly "carried well". I sure can tell how well I carried the weight in some older pics..lol. Now I'm about 155 lbs and hopefully staying here! My honey is in the army for a year and we filed it soon after he began. Maybe we'll delay interviews to that he's still able to get here within the allotted 6 month period after the visa is approved. It's really hard to continually think about only the visa and hoping to God that it's going faster than the folks at the center are able..(or willing) to process them. Even after our visa is all processed and ready to go, my honey will still have to finish his mandatory service . Besides the monotony of this waiting and checking my emails and the inevitably and supposedly inaccurate USCIS site... Keeping as busy with the most random things is quite helpful! I am continuing to learn Greek, draw, write, working is always nice.. I get paid for doing that . I'm glad I found this forum of people that are also waiting for the time they can finally be with their special someone. This current year of waiting won't even be a thought in my head once I have my honey with me again. Hopefully a visit in the summer, and then that will be close to the halfway mark of the whole "duty to his country" deal.
