I will be calling a few times a day until they get it, I can be pretty persistent and pi$$ off the right people. LOL My mom has stomach, lung, and it is in her lymph nodes...We found this out 2 weeks after I came back from getting married in Tunisia...So not only the stress from this visa we almost lost my mom this summer BUT she is an amazing woman and is fighting all the way...The cancer is getting smaller... You can add your marriage certificate, tickets and boarding passes of places you traveled to, pics, call and chat logs just to name a few I dont exactly know how forums go, but I have question. I have over 500 pages of our chat logs, is it OK to rubber band them together? Also, when I mail I-130 friday, the order I-130 G-1145 G-325A. What order should these be. I have marriage cert, translate into english, passports, photos, electric with both names, rent agreement in both names, internet and phone in both names, clear police record of husband, medical insurance for Tunisian husband, real photos chat logs, cover letter, plane ticket and boarding passes, my divorce cert. Middle East and North Africa	here is some news about 2nd interview in Casa	ok, when i frist went to morocco, my fiance ask me to marry him i said yes, but i was only there for 2 weeks. that was in oct,2006 then i went back and we did the fiance visa.in feb 2007, in spet 2007 he got his appointmet for the interview, which he past. that was oct.15 2007, so i stayed 3 months and we had a eng. party. he now wears his eng, ring like me. That is how they do it in morocco. but now we are waitting for his visa,.The lady who interviewed him told him they would call him in a week to go get his visa. we are still waitting. Do not wait until you only have a few weeks left until your I-94 expires to file for a SSN. Many SSA offices will not allow you to file for a SSN if your I-94 is about to expire (generally 14 days prior to the expiration on your I-94). On the other hand, you should also not file for a SSN too soon either. You should wait 2 weeks after you arrived in the US before applying for a SSN. If you go too soon your record of arrival will not be in the SAVE-ASVI system yet, and it will require manual verification from the USCIS. As this will add weeks to the period it takes to process the SSN, it is advisable to attempt to wait the two weeks to be safe. If you have waited the 2 weeks and they tell you they can not verify you arrival record via the SAVE database, you may allow them to to process it (but remember the potential delay for manual verifications). You can ask if they will check the computer again for you in a few days or return personally to have them look again -- thus eliminating the manual verification. I wanted to get married within the week of his arrival and this is a little alarming. So would the 90 days start after the SSN is issued or is the supposed 21 days inside of the already progressing 90 days? Ooooh Visa, why are you hard on my brain.. I had a question about the affidavit as we'll have to do it again, I think the paper work will have expired. I still think I'll use my Mom as the co-signer just because I feel a lot safer about my income requirements with hers added on . When we met in Spain I had sent him home with pay stubs, bank statements, two 1040's, letter from my employer (now invalid) and all the other required documents. I'm wondering if because my Mom will be co-signing anyways that I won't need to gather all these crazy documents again? What stuff do we need..?
