If not, you might wanna send the attachments by mail to your fiance/e with one of those express courier services, just to be safe...and for the sake of peace of mind. But if you have, IMO it wouldn't be a problem, but hold on to the original attachments. If the USCIS do not send you RFE for that, then send them to your fiance/e so he/she could bring them for the interview (just in case). Sign and date the attatchments. List the last 5 addresses since that is what the form is asking you. Question: I had to fax my attachment so the signature on it will not be original; do you guys think it's going to be a problem? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G 325A - Attachments	1) From what I've learned, all the attachments should be dated and signed by the petitioner. I think I've heard about someone who got an RFE for not signing the attachments. But again, since there is no written rule about this, other service centres could have different policies about this. Have you sent your paperworks? 2) The form asked for your residence for the last five years, so just list the places you've lived in the last five years! Haha... my family moved from one place to another but I did not mention all of them. Of course I have given my resignation letter to my boss last month as my "one month notice", right after I passed my interview. I decided to keep my job until I get my visa in hand because... no one could actually be 100% sure that everything would go well at the interview, and my job has been doing great in keeping me "sane" while getting through the Visa process and being away from my man... so i thought...just in case it didn't go as smooth as I wanted...at least I had my job to hold on to. For the same route, it costs like US$ 1.148 if you book directly from the airline. I bought it from a local travel agent, yep... it's the cheapest I could find. I've called several travel agents and checked on some online travels like expedia.com and zuji.com (btw, zuji.com sometimes offers tickets with good prices if you book well in advance), but the one I got was the cheapest. And the fact that you have met twice in within 2 years is even better. The evidences you listed, were more than enough!! Haha.....my fiance submitted way LESS that those and we still got approved. And at the interview, the consular officer did not ask me to show more proofs! William did not lie when he said the interview is going to be easy at the Embassy in Jakarta. I was questioned a lot more than William's wifey but really, the interviewer was friendly Basically she just wanted to make sure that I really knew my fiance well. Good luck, guy!! -Detty- First, congratulations on your approval I do have some questions concerning your interview. My fiancee is having her interview next week, and I'm concerned about some specific details, mostly on establishing our relationship via evidence. We met in an online course, and we emailed each other for several months before deciding to become a couple. Five months after we first met, I flew to Jakarta to visit her. I stayed for two weeks, met her family, toured the city, and so on. Our relationship blossomed, and in March of 2006, I flew out again to celebrate our anniversary, her graduation from UNJ, and to propose I stayed for another two weeks. Aside from those meetings, our relationship has been entirely conducted over the internet, and so we don't have a lot of "solid" documents that establish our relationship. For evidence we've got emails going back and forth, ranging from the day we met to about two weeks ago, emails between her and my family, skype call logs for the last year and a half, my airline ticket purchases, photos of us with each other and me with her family, and we're trying to find a class roster that shows our enrollment in the class. All in all, we can show emails going back and forth for the last two years and three months, massive amounts of phone calls, and we can provide two big photo albums if we need Does this sound appropriate? I got the Visa~~ la la la la~~ Well,...actually not yet cuz I will still have to go back to the embassy to grab the visa. They said it will take about 2-3 days The interview at the American Embassy in Jakarta was not as hard as I thought. The Interviewer, a Chinese-American woman, started with easy questions like how we met and when. Then she asked lots of things about Joel : where he lives, where he was born & when, what he does in the Navy, where is his base located now, how long he's been in the Navy and when will his current enlistment end and if he's planning on re-enlisting, hmm.... what else, oh ya, whether he has brothers/sisters (she went like....man, he's the only child and his parents let him join the NAVY???) , and where his parents live...hmm...., and what would I do while Joel is away (underway). She asked me if I have a plan to study in the States also. She asked why I chose to study in Japan and uhm... yes, she did ask if I ever tried to visit Joel in the States. I honestly said yes...with a sad tone....I thought she was going to ask more questions about it but instead she went like "ah, okie!" (i guess she's happy enough that i was honest). She also asked me about my trip to Toronto, Canada, whether it was to meet up with Joel or not. I said yes and she just nodded. Then I dunno what she did but her pen flew off her hand and we both said "OOPS!" and she laughed. After that she just flipped through some e-mails that Joel sent with I-129, and after a few secs she told me that she thought everything was set and that I should be able to get my visa in within 2-3 days. She told me to call first to make sure that the Visa is ready to be picked up, and cheerfully said CONGRATULATIONS! A little tip for those who will have an upcoming interview in Jakarta, do tell the guards that you are coming for the IMMIGRANT VISA interview. Otherwise you will get trapped in the neverending lines of the Non-Immigrant Visa Applicants..... like me.... haha. But I learned pretty fast and I didn't get stuck in any other lines by saying the magic word "IMMIGRANT VISA!!" Any questions about the interview, just ask away. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!! Once he mention that he ever filed for someone else, if the USCIS or the NVC...or whomever is supposed to investigate such thing, think it is necessary to find his previous files, they could just search for them in their system. Hmm...I've cried during this visa process, yes...I remember I cried because after The USCIS returned our I-129F the first time (cuz the forms expired....didn't know that), the second time we tried to send it....the forms never arrived!!!!! It's just...GONE! My fiance sent it with normal USPS service so we could not track it either...doh. So I cried...not because I was sad or anything but I was extremely pissed off haha... But thank God our 3rd attempt was successful. Oh ya... I've cried several times because my fiance and I had arguments before and during the stressful visa process (although it's actually pretty short compare to others, due to few reasons I haven't seen him in almost a year..), and....hmm...I've cried trying to figure out how to make my family able to attend my marriage (haven't figured it out btw)...haha.... But I've never cried of missing my man, cuz I talk to him everyday....except now when he's underway with his lil shippie (I'm doing fine now btw cuz I'm gonna see him soon!).
