Ok your phone needs to be rooted to do this (If you haven't rooted your phone, STOP, rooting CAN wipe the device so take a backup or you could loose your history)

The files are located in an SQLite database in this file path

/data/data/com.viber.voip/databases/viber_messages

You can browse the file in something like this http://sqlitebrowser.sourceforge.net/

Printing could be a little tricky but that should get you the raw data

No - you would need to go where your file is at currently. (UK)

i wasn't very clear i apologize - this whole thing is so confusing to me!

i'm in the UK right now and my Fiance has filed over in the states.... we are visiting back and forth for the time being but it sucks. i thought about what would happen if i went out there for 90 days again on the waiver (which is what i've done before - it's been 6 months since my last visit to the states, he actually just went back home today after a weeks visit) and my dates for medical and interview came through.... i guess i would just have to come back to the uk for it.....

She had return ticket info (and our complete k-1 package/noa1) - and a letter from her boss that this was a vacation. they just wanted to see the ticket info.

Can I just ask if you know anything about the length of time I can stay for? I mean I was planning on staying the whole 90 days...... would that be a problem do you think?

Visiting fiance during process....

Hey all

I've got a question about visiting my fiance during the process of a K1. We're more than a month since we received the NOA1 and am in the waiting period for NOA2. The last time I came to the US was under the waiver program in January -March, during which time the INS officer grilled me (I was unprepared for it and so was a bit of a mess) and said that he'd let me in this time but I'd have to wait about 6 months before trying again (his words were "INS and love don't go together" actually).

My fiance came and visited me for a week last month and I'd like to come visit for the month of August. (It's now been about 6 months since my last visit)

My question is: should I tell the interviewing officer that we're in this process and give him the case number? If they get weird with me again. Or should I just attempt to say I'm visiting but not mention it? Will visiting before the NOA2 change my status at all and make it any worse for us? It seems he has no problems visiting our side.

Ok guys, I'm a tad confused.

I just got the petition for approval which is listed as valid from 9/9/2009 to 12/9/2009.

This is the text:

So - what does this mean exactly? Ie my thoughts were that the english consulate will get info and we'll have to do all that, etc - but it says we have to get married within the 90 days listed (til December). Donna is here in the US with me right now til October, so I imagine she'll have to go home and then come back?

K2 and 134 question; need help with clarification

Hey all - this is more of an advice question; I've done my research and read up on the various topics here about the 134, co-sponsorship, whether it's legally binding, etc.

My circumstances are a bit weird - in other words it's probably the *worse* time for me to fill this info out, and I'm not sure the best way of handling this other than asking my parents to sponsor my fiance.

When we sent in the original request for k1 I was a fulltime employee of a 120k job, though alimony and child support took a grand total of 51k a year, and I had 30k in the bank. In March of this year I lost my job and, since moving to be near my child, fulltime positions aren't as they were in the metro area for what I do - but have been going back to the freelance projects (I was a computer consultant for 10 years). Since being laid off, my 30k savings have nearly all gone to pay alimony and bills. Under my accountant's suggestion even while being self-employed I've taken unemployment during this time - so already I'm a 'public charge' -- so obviously I couldn't claim sponsorship of my fiance as is?

What is confusing as well - if I showed my last year taxes filed as it states as self-employed sponsors to do - I'm still listed as a fulltime employee.

So I'm assuming that in my case, having someone else sponsor is much better than myself?

Well what do you know? I have now received an RFE from the NVC as my birth certificate (mentioned above) has not been accepted.

I guess I am going to have to 'demand' the GRO send me a written document explaining that my (pre-adoptive) birth certificate is not available, after all!!

I'll add an affidavit from my father as he adopted me aged 5 months, if that will help. But I tried pushing the GRO for something in writing before, and they kept saying my birth certificate is recognised as a legal document. It is used to obtain passports, driving licenses, etc. and should be good enough for the US Immigration they told me. What a fool I was to listen to that.
