K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January I-129F filers	Right just to make it clear Building a list by yourself is one thing, and I've shared that information with sabi to carry on the torch but I'm still unsure whether or not I am even supposed to do this, so I'm politely going to decline sharing the numbers any more. What needs to be clear is that while your case number might be next one that's approved, it does not mean you are coming next. I did this as a curiosity only, and only because the USCIS follows an extraordinarily rough pattern. As curious, and desperate as well all are to here something, this data is for fun, and for fun only. Until I can clarify if I am allowed to even collect this information and share it out, I'll be sticking only to my usual updates. Also that EAC129019XXXX has a lot of blank numbers with no petitions which I found very weird. I am sorry but it makes no sense to me whatsoever! They definitely must be divided somehow! Looking at the approvals from 3 days (Jan 03/04/05) some have the same approval date or RFE date so they are definitely split into something... I am sorry you feel this way... I am sure I will feel the same way closer to June but I am sure it is matter of days when it comes to your approval! And your email, well I'd say its an automated thing but let's hope you'll really hear from them soon now! Absolutely. The 'days' yeah sure, there's gotta be a 'little' reason to it, but after that I'm wondering if it's 'pick a box' or whether they get segregated. It's enough to drive anyone crazy, and to be fair, it IS driving me crazy. Sadly the other halfs job is becoming an issue, and although we have contingency in place, it's not the news I want to here around now. *sigh*... Still, we called up the other day to specifically ask if we were in advanced processing and to see what processing date they said about (knowing full well that we probably wouldn't get much of an answer out of this since the file is likely to be untouched but you know, for kicks and boredom and on the off chance that MAYBE we were). Nope, no processing. What turns up in email yesterday? A receipt for our request to have our case looked at because it's outside of normal processing times.... Either that's a standardised receipt or we've gotten something that we're not supposed to get! Maybe the agent got confused and saw Jan (month 1) and May (Month 5) as five months... Not at all! I'm hoping that the idea of the list keeps going. If anything, it'll give us more raw data to pump into the timelines to make this system more and more accurate! I really think it is the case. I guess so. I am pretty lucky as there aren't many surnames like mine in my country although we might be looked into a bit longer too as my fiance was not born american and we only supplied them with his passport... we will see!but gosh we are so ready for this part of the process to be finished too! I've just hit 4 months mark yesterday and this last month before we can start ringing (which I hope we won't have to!) will be dragging forever! but I am really optimistic this week, I don't know why?! Let's hope there is a reason for that! Nope, and fortunately bar me and my father, I don't think there's anyone else on the planet with the name. Those answers there are pretty good as they show a real overview on how do they operate in there , which I am sure we had an idea it might had been the case! Indeed. Seeing 200 petitions for one processing day made me weep considering there were 9800 other petitions or forms. That being said, god I am ready for this to be over. I have a feeling why my case might be taking a little longer. My surname is hyphenated. I'm assuming this is either due to a technical glitch or because of some form of staging. It's not uncommon to see a petition go green about 5 days after it's green approved simply because the USCIS site is pretty poor to update. Normally most of the stuff done yesterday would be on the USCIS site by about 5am the next morning. UK time that is. Presumably this is when their batch jobs complete. But lately it's been slow. Really slow. But thanks for the encouragement! I've taken friday off work to start getting things in order here. There are chances for that and I won't be so disappointed like before when I thought I would be able to move by the end of July... if it's earlier than that, I will be nicely surprised where are you @photomile with your USCIS updates? I'm here.. Unfortunately I didn't' see a single one go to RFE or Approved yesterday from the small list of day 16s, I did have four go to approved status from the day 15 list yesterday, and one RFE and six approvals the day before that. Bar one or two, pretty much all of these were from January 3rd. As it stands and not including RFE's and their responses... of the 189 petitions submitted with a 'day 15 processing date' only 30 remain to be processed.
