K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June and July filers - NVC to Interview	Actually we have a tone of plans!!! LOL!!! We are going to get married once, just so that we can apply for AOS, Permission to Travel Outside the US (I have military Orders to relocate), and her work permit. Then we are going to get married in Maine with my family. After that we are going to Ecuador to have a ceremony with her family. The Ceremony in Ecuador will probably be around this time next year, as we are short on time with my military relocation. Not to mention we would both like to be there during Quito’s Anniversary Celebration. THAT is a HUGE celebration, and all of her family will be together. Well, Belen had her interview today, and she has been APPROVED FOR HER VISA!!!! I posted a full review for the Consulate Section in Guayaquil, and we hope it helps others. Now we have to wait 4-5 days for DHL to deliver the Visa to Belen. The DHL office said it would be more like 2 days, but they tell everyone 4-5 days just in case... Anyway, Belen will be here on Christmas Day!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas present!!! I must not have shown up on the naughty list this year. LOL!!!! I cut her off and said website says 6 months and dozens of July filers approved on vj. Once she said that I didn't need to hear another word out of her mouth so I pointed out those stats, said have a nice day and hung up. I'll try the RFE trick tomorrow and at least try to change the address. The customer service rep claimed they don't do that at vsc. Why do they keep telling us these things we know are not true? There doesn't seem to be any help for us. Even my senator's staffer seemed to blow me off and just get me that note where it says it is with an adjudicator. Wow, big help, customer service clowns can tell me that! I'm doing the ombudsman complaint but that will probably only help a little to let him know about problems in general and not help my specific case. Oh well, I wonder when they will change the May 19 date? Sure there would be a lot of phony engagements, but when they are turning a blind eye to millions crossing the border anyway it's BS to give our fiance(e)'s the third degree. maybe cap it at two or three, but it doesn't need to be so arduous. And the expense is ridiculous. Aos is like $1000 not including EAD and fingerprints, more medical, etc. and ur separated so long u need to visit so airfare's a killer. BTW since u can't get help til 30 days after the six months, isn't it really a 7 month commitment. Of course when u call they'll say 'ok now wait 60 days will get back to you.' I use to just wait for 180 days thinking that that would be the magic day my life would change but I am at 187 days and they say I am within there processing time....the last Time I checked that is 7 days beyond 180......and I still have to wait 2 more weeks until I can call them again and then they have 60 days to get back to me......I was joking yesterday about the needles in my eyes but today I feel like that.......I screamed earlier today and my pacer went off again.......I have to write down all of the things I was doing when that happens.....I wrote "I hate USCIS and the VSC"........they have been approving late July again today...this sucks....... Do they go by a calendar six months or 180 days = 6 months, or do they just make up their own processing times now? well either way 180 or 6 calender months I am past both and I was told on monday 2 times that VSC is processing May 19.....on November 14 I was told they were processing May 24th so ....they went backwards and that if I am after that date then I am within there processing time......I had 17 more days to wait before I would be out of there processing time but if that date comes and say they are then processing june 1 petitions then they will add 4 more days then i day after that so that makes it Christmas......if on the 26th I file a request for service they have 60 days to repond........so it means nothing........this is bullsh*t....they are approving late July again today.......I am just about at the end of my rope and no one cares....... Basically we have no voice in this big mess...I will be calling the White House on Monday and will voice the concerns that the other email suggested and I am up for any other idea people have. I called the USCIS and told them that I was at 201 days past my priority date and they said that I would have to wait 60 days since the last communication that I had from the USCIS before they could officially look into the matter...that will be Dec. 19. So WE WAIT!!!!! Wow that's ludicrous!!!
