Well Mr Lawyer finally sent me an email........2 1/2 weeks later.......Oh so nice he was.....then I got a call....Oh so nice again.....Apoligizing over and over.......rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....... I still fired him......... Hello Lora and Ocar: No problem. I understand your frustrations..The simple answer is your papers went out via Fedex today for overnight delivery for tomorrow morning. I was not in the office on Thursday and most of Friday. I will keep you posted as to the progress. I expect that once this gets there it should only be a few more weeks for adjudication. Michael. Hey Bill I am confused.....I have been so upset at the lawyer I called VSC and had them send me a copy of the RFE.....after 2 weeks the lawyer responded and I overnighted the completed form to him but have been unable to find out from him if he recieved it and/or sent it to VSC.....Would it be O.K. if I overnighted them another set of forms and my copy of the RFE? We will research your case, see what needs to be done to get it processed, and get back to you with an explanation. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE????? What a $#$$ joke! I had the form, but it looks like they removed it-I can't find it. Bastards! Yeah, I wouldn't call CS and ask for help. They'd just tell me somebody had it, don't complain. Nevermind they've been saying that since November. Forget them......Do the rfe thing and act innocent about how you got there....that was what made mine move....of course I got an RFE but at least I knew they had it..........Customer Service just runs interference for USCIS That's what I do, but I get different answers about my status every single time. It's with them on the 24th Nov, the 28th Nov, soon, wait two weeks, soon, wait two weeks, the 28th DECMEMBER. last updated on website? June 14th. I have ceased to believe them whatsoever. I understand believe me......I was told mine was with an adjudicator from Nov. 1 then Nov. 17, then Nov. 28th, then Dec. 12.......Finally touched Dec 12 from a change of address.....this really old lady talked with me rustled paper and started talking to me about my application.....I think she was the adjudicator......that is why I think she pulled the crate from June first week which we are all in and is slowly.....very slowly breathing and working on them.....Virgil said the same thing that he got a touch after changing his SO's address............This is so bad and so frustrating we all should be bald from pulling our hair out..........Lora	OsLoraTamm	Female	Peru	2008-01-04 14:53:00

Did the attorney use your married name in the first block of the G325A but leave the all other names used box blank? Here is where I am going with this. Unless your attorney was provided incomplete or inaccurate information it is inexcusable that you received an RFE. This might be the ammunition you need to renegotiate your deal with the attorney. If I remember properly you paid for the attorney´s services through AOS. Given that your attorney was useless as your petition languished at USCIS if I were you I would be looking for any excuse I could find to get out of the deal. You don´t need to pay someone a fortune to fill out forms. Just a thought. Please don´t think I am being critical. I was planning to use an attorney also until I found VJ. He did fill out the first line with my married name and the second line where it said maiden name used he put none.......the RFE stated that I had provided inaccurate information. My ex husband gave my maiden name as the name for his military retirement benefits so of course the government has my maiden name and married attached to my SS#....I then became concerned later in the day that they were trying to get me for fraud or something....I am ticked at this lawyer though.....I paid him a ton of money for what he said was a quick easy guaranteed visa and it has been anything but that.......and the contract I signed was for everything though AOS........I had no idea about VJ....I wish I had because I think I could of done better then him....and I do not think you are being critical.....I was no too smart	OsLoraTamm	Female	Peru	2007-12-27 22:08:00

This has to end someday right Hey Virgil you know it seems to be 1 week after the first touch that you get your approval so I am thinking yours will be by Friday......I hope so much one of us get out of this situation and on to NVC before Jan. 1..........I hope I hope I hope for you.........
