K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Embajada Caracas (Caracas Embassy)	Hi....Yo lleve una carpeta transparente tipo sobre con cierre y otra tipo sobre con ligas (OJO le quite las ligas)..y con separadores para poder organizar los documentos de manera que te facilite encontrar rapidamente el papel que te estan pidiendo (sin huecos)....en la pagina de la embajada aparecen las especificaciones de los prohibidos...y a pesar de que refiere carpetas SIN ligas, yo se las quite, pero alla vi toda clase de carpetas....Te sugiero de todas formas hacer caso a lo que dice la pagina web para no tener inconveniente. It doesn't say anything on the website, but I remember that before the interview they tell you what kind of binder you can have, but i really don't remember what kinds are allow! Thank you!! Hola! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 Tax return transcript	A copy of their birth certificate or the bio page of their US passport is fine. It would be better to follow the instructions of the I-864 for the affidavit of support, since the consulates use the guidelines for that form even when using the I-134. The instructions for the I-864 state just the bio page is needed, and not a copy of every page in the passport. Page 6, #19 "Citizenship/Residency." Proof of U.S. citizen or national status includes a copy of your birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, certificate of citizenship, consular report of birth abroad to citizen parents, or a copy of the biographic data page of your U.S. passport. I want to see if you can help me to check if what she is sending me is enough: -I-134 (fiancee & co-sponsor) -Tax returns 2009 - 2010 - 2011 (fiancee & co-sponsor) -Birth certificate (photocopy fiancee) -Employment letter (fiancee & co-sponsor) -Bank letters (fiancee & co-sponsor) -2 pay stubs (fiancee & co-sponsor) She says that with the tax returns it's enough. I havent made any arrange for our wedding, in fact we are not having a religious marriage... due to Noah already had, on 2003! ... but we will still make a beautiful ceremony !!! I was cheking on Igor List reviewing ALL the profile of people with NOA1 dated on March, April, May and most of them were last seing on VJ on May, June and some on November.... and others decided to wthdraw their K1 petition and other have broke with their fiance/fiancee.... I have been leaving them comments asking if they got their approval or to update their timeline, some of them have wrote back, but still dont update their timeline... soo I think we are much closer than we think! He got home and had no power and no charged cell phone so I never got to hear from him till this morning, I am so incrediably pissed off at the whole process right now!!!!!!! My fiance has only got the chance to talk with supervisors! they never get him to lever 2 guy!!!! we are going to insist! until they get us to a level 2 guys, who got some update for us!!! Also we did wrote a letter to our congresswoman and senator ... no reply yet! I have another quoestion that have been running in my mind, how big was your packege of I129F??? ours was FULL of evidences, all perfectly organized!, we sent so much evidence!!! so much emails, letters, pictures, tickets, phone call bills, EVERYTHING!!!! we just wanted to give them all the proof of pur relationship, as they told us to do when we call USCIS how many information or evidences do they need? ,...........
