I think the jet lag will get to Chris though, this will be the furtherest he has ever flown and he is doing it in the most round about way with 2 stopovers/plane changes. Mailiciant, your right about the, "at least we can be sure we are in the system" and that does make us both feel much better, its one thing to be told, but that futher evidence is defiantely proof we are there. Chris has his interview there on Tuesday fingers are crossed nothing will go wrong to stop him from getting there this time. He is going to check if it offically classes as an RFE, I am semi hopeful it does, that means they have finished the background checks and are actually working on the case. I have also noticed that RFE's seem to come towards the end of the process, and a lot of people have had theirs approved in a matter of days or weeks after the RFE has been recieved at USCIS. Hopefully we might get lucky, lets face it, luck has to kick in for us at some point.... I AM SO HAPPY !!!! yeeiiii we are all getting closer and closer:) About me I can tell than my sweet heart Noah came to visit me for 10 amazing days! we had the best time of our lives as we always do, and well he left last sunday... and we are now missing each other like crazy! But being very positives and supporting each other! Waiting for a touch! jeje checking the USCIS web page every day jeje On Christmas we will not see each other, I dont have turist visa tu visit him in the states and he has to work, .... so .... thats sad... but we will share all the other christmas together.... Good luck to everyone! and keep positives! We are getting closer!! having you check ok the processing time section ??? on teh USCIS home page?? it says that processing tima is 6 months!!! so ... we have only 4 months left jejejej:) Whatever we think about....and thank about... It was a wonderfull day, full of birds, the weather was awesome ... we climb the mountain and found many kind of cute animals, so much kind of birds and butterflies, WE ALSO FOUND A SNAIL!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! A SNAIL IN A MOUNTAIN!!! ok!!! we did saw it!!! it was amazing..... several times I told Noah I felt we were on a Disney movie ha-ha and that something wonderfull was going to happen (he thought I knew about his intentions, but I really had NO idea).... after we got to the rest place of the Avila, we had lunch and started talking about many things....he was telling me how much he loves the Avila Mountain... he spent there most of his childhood, climbing and hiking...........and that it was so wonderfull that he could share that with me..... . and then he asked me if I would spend my life with him .... I said ofcourse babe!! ... as we already asked each other this kind of things... and he asked again, would you marry me ?? I got a little nervious .. and answer Yes!??? ....so he got so red face, and with tears in his eyes and a ring on his hand asked again WOULD YOU BE MY WIFE?? OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STARTED SCREAMING AND CRYING YESS YESS YESSS YESSSS!!!!! we both kissed, and hugged, and screamed together, cried of happiness and joy... it was amazing!!! It was really a magic day... the universe and nature conspired for it to be the perfect day! It was so nice the officer who interiew us, It awas lioke having a conversation, talking about us, It was so comfortable!!!! they actually gave us our visa the same day!!!!! I athank god and Noah .. that he came to the interview with me, I am so nervious, but with him oh my god I felt great!!! must of the interview was in english, sometimes the offecier asked me questions in english and I answered in spanish hahahaha but cool, It was nice Actually, he gave us back our complete I129F package!!!!!!! I didnt know they could do that!!!!!!!! my aafolder awas so large that it couldnt pass through the window, so the officer went out aand give it in my hands!!! he said "ok, i think this belongs to you" OH GOD! we have ALL our I129F support back!!!!!! hehehehe it was great!!!!!!!!!! çwe are so happy, this is the best feeling EVER!!!! ahehehehe we are now visiting my family in mi hometowon (paraguana) ahaving a great time!!!! We already bought our wedding rings!! they rock!!!! hehehe Well, I wish you are all having an awsome time, and that we all finnally be with our lovers soon!!!!!!!!! In venezuela have been really hard to get approved for a tourist visa... but .. I am so greatfull, they got their approval... I did my medical exams this friday, and Noah also sent me the I134, and supports ... so we are very much done with the papers... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Requirements @ Venezuela for K-1	Chevere, bueno yo soy la beneficiaria, mi novio es americano esta en Florida Ok, te voy a hacer una lista de los documentos que necesitas de ella, para la I129F: - Partida de Nacimiento, como este documento lo vas a necesitar tambien para la cita, de una vez trata de sacarlo en el Registro Principal de donde naciste. Alli de una vez tienes la Copia Certificada en papel sellado - Carta de Solteria, no se si es necesario, no lo colocan como requisito, pero yo lo enviè, claro notariada. - Si alguno es divorciado, Acta de Divorcio Ojo: TODO debe estar acompañado de una traduccion certificada en Ingles! Lo demas esta en las instrucciones de la I129F, capaz ya las tienes, (igual las anexo): - La Carta de intenciòn, donde se compromete a casarse contigo dentro de los 90 dias luego de llegar a USA. - El form G325a .....no se si se me escapa algo Y toda la evidencia que tengas sobre su relaciòn, fotos, pasajes, emails, cartas, cuentas telefonicas, etc! Luego que te aprueben el I129F, lo envian al NVC y luego a la Embajada, alli debes enviarles un email para que te den los requisitos para la fecha. Todos los documentos que te piden en la embajada se tardan de un dia a otro, el que tarda son los antecdentes penales que toma 8 dìas habiles. Por ahora preocupate por aplicar el I129F, y ya! te digo, nosotros tardamos casi 3 o 4 semanas entre armando el paquete y todo eso, y bueno ya tenemos mas de 5 meses esperando, a penas reciba el NOA2 es que empiezo a legalizar mis papeles, Para la cita si va a necesitar llevar sus documentos al Ministerio de interioir y justicia, Ministerio de Relaciones Exterioires .... pero eso mas adelante! It doesnt matter the way you met, the important thing is that you met, fell in love, and want to share a life together! When we apply for the I129, Noah wrote a letter explaining how we met and fell in love, and he ofcourse mentioned that we did first met at Hi5 online! and we were apptroved!! hehe and at our interview we will be telling the same if they ask! I (foreign fiance) lived in the US for 5 moths with a tourist visa, After that me and my fiance lived together for 3 months in germany, but just for vacations. She lived in Chile for 7 months with a student visa and after that 3 months in Venezuela but with a tourist visa. Should we put all that information on the G325A? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Co-Sponsor + Original documents	My fiance had her interview in Caracas today.....AND WE WERE APPROVED For your questions, she had copies of the 1040 with W2's for the last three years and Tax transcripts also, you can call IRS and they will mail them to you, NO CHARGE, they took 2011 and 2010. She had bank letters, original and copy but did not look at them.She had the job letter, original and copy, looked at it but did not take. She had an original and copy of my Birth Certificate but they did not look at it. Of the things other than the official forms, they only wanted copies not the originals of what they kept. All I can say is have originals when you can and copies of anything your can think of, better to have to much than not enough. My fiance said it looks like they ask for different things from each person. As far as mailing things, I have sent her things many times with DHL with no problems, its a little spendy but I think All companies are. BEST OF LUCK IN THIS NEXT BIG STEP IN YOUR JOURNEY.....WHEN YOU HEAR..."YOU ARE APPROVED"....ALL WILL HAVE BEEN WORTH IT!!!!!!!!! Oh! Congratulations!! That's great! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Co-Sponsor + Original documents	The IRS has the original 1040. No one has access to his/her original 1040 after filing his/her tax return. It's possible to have other originals of the W-2s since an employer usually send at least three W-2s (one for federal filing, one for state or local filing, and one copy for the employee). Have you considered getting a free tax transcript and sending that in lieu of a complete copy of the tax return? If you don't want to send it through the mail, then send it with UPS, DHL, or Fed-Ex with a signature confirmation. While none of them can claim to never have lost a package, it is probably more secure than having the mail go through the US Postal Service and the Venezuelan postal service.
