I don't quite understand what exactly happened (denial or not denial, but just a request for more documents to be brought at a later date), but I hope it all works out for you. if we cant get another sponser it doesnt matter how they word it right.. cause without somone else theres no way to get more papers he doesnt have family here and i dont have anyone so its basically over... well i dont know how people do it really im soooo upset and i cant even think of anyway to fix it. and then he went home to lay down and take a nap to think it over and im stuck here at my keppboard crying and driving myself more insane but im trying not to just lose it at this point I feel so sad to read this .... Candy I hope everything works right for you, and a miracle happens and you both find the way to be together. Remember that there is always a way out. Cry and scream all you need and let flow your unger and frustration, then when you are ready, start thinking and searching for options ... I really hope, with all my heart, you both find a way to solve this situation . We always have options. MARA, I am glad you are both seeing each other for about 2 months! thats great! For 9 and 10 - He was once married to a Venezuelan and processed a K-3 out of Caracas. Shall he put her name and date on 9 and 10??? For question 11 - does this apply for us? Since I will be joining him permanently, how can he place a timeline or amount as an answer? I've read that for a case such as ours the answer is "N/A" " I hope someone can help us on this, thank you very much! P.S we are on holidays today and tomorrow here in venezuela! There's the process. This can go on for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 months or worst 6 months to a year. FREDDY congrats on your approval .... and dont lose faith ok? you are such a positive person! I cant believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they sent the email 4 hours ago!!! tday I checked USCIS about 5 times!!!!! and now I have the email and it is updated on USCIS webpage!!! I KNEW THIS WAS MY WEEK!!!!! I KNEW IT!!!! MY DREAM CAME TRUE!!! I GOT APPROVED TODAY JANUARY 30!!!!!! Hang on there everybody!! and please believe me!!! this really works!! look at myself! think positive, focus!! feel the feeling you will feel once you receive it!!! It is really coming to you if you ask for it! I wrote on my notebook I129F APPROVAL NOTICE SENT WEEK!!!!!! and wrote it about 3 times on this weeks page!!! AND IT CAME TRUE!! I really believed it!! I was thinking and visualizing myself reading this email .. and reading Approval Notice Sent!!!! and it happened TODAYY!!!! Thank you everyone!!! I AM SO HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This experience has been really humbling and I can't believe just how much strength everybody here has. Thank you all guys for being each other's support system ever since the start. My mother is in the hospital right now as she has been feeling faint since Sunday and is having some pain on the right side of her tummy. When I brought her to the hospital last night, they found out that her blood sugar was at the 400s and they were all trying to bring it down the whole night. She's now still at 160 and they will monitor her for the rest of the week. I am glad she finally went though as she hates hospitals. I was feeling really down earlier. But seeing all of you getting by and exploding like crazy when someone gets an approval and pushing each other up, I still consider myself lucky. What are the odds that people I have never even met personally would be my friends and would be the very set of people who would hold my hand (virtually ) and try their best to put that smile back on my face. These things surpass religion, culture, race and geography. The Big Guy up there has every good reason why we are all here. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Ok guys... Let's bring 'em drums and party poppers and rock the house! USCIS - WE NEED THOSE NOA2s NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will go back to Mom now. Hang in there everyone! Talk to you all soon! Fue tal como dicen los posts de las entrevistas en Bloomington, MN, facilito! la chama nos hizo jurar decir la verdad y nada mas que la verdad, y luego nos pidio las ids y mi pasaporte, me pregunto mi nombre completo, direccion, fecha de nacimiento, casi toda la planilla, luego las preguntas estas de si has estado envuelto en actividades de la mala vida, jaja... luego me pregunto si estaba trabajando y le dije que no todavia, que estaba buscando porque el EAD me llego 2 semanas antes de la boda y estuvimos ocupados, y aqui Erin le dice, "we have pictures if you want to see them" ella dijo si! pasamelas, y le pasamos los dos albumsotes con las proofs de las fotos (ok, ok, si, nos tenemos que sentar a montarlas en internet, paciencia todos, paciencia), vio TODAS las fotos de los dos albumes, comentando todo, etc, y al terminar dijo "everything looks all right, I am going to go ahead and approve you right away, and you will get your gc in the mail in about 2 to 3 weeks. Do you have any questions?" y le pregunte si me iba a poner el sello, me dijo que no, que la gc me iba a llegar rapido, y le pregunte si se iba a quedar con el AP y EAD, y me dijo "hold on to them, and destroy them when you get the gc" nos felicito, y nos despedimos! that's all! no pidio NADA de la carpetota que arme, pero claro, hay que llevar todo eso, porque si no lo llevas, te piden hasta el alma. Mexico, Latin & South America	Gente de Venezuela	Si Carola yo creo que lo que me están pidiendo son las vacunas nada mas, por que en Caracas solo me dieron el primer shut de la hepatitis pero necesito el otro (o los otros dos) y lo del medical no se aun ya que la carta del RFE solo dice algo así: Suplemental Form To The I-693: Submit the applicant's supplemental form showing her immunization records..... entonces que piensan ustede?s... eso suena como que si es solo las vacunas, verdad? Y lo del Affidávit me lo están pidiendo usando la forma I-864, ya que el marido mío cometió la equivocación (no se dio cuenta) de mandar el Affidávit usando la forma I-134. Casi que lo guindo. Epale! si Carola, te estan pidiendo que vayas a un medico aprobado por ellos (los puedes encontrar en uscis.gov, vas a forms, luego la forma I693, y ahi esta un link a una base de datos que contiene los doctores que lo hacen, llama a los de la zona tuya y vas al mas barato, jeje). Eso es todo. El medico al que yo fui me dijo que la de la hepatitis no importaba, quien sabe, yo tengo dos, me falta la tercera... me puso un refuerzo de la triple esta mumps, etc, cosa que ya yo la tenia, con pruebas y todo, pero para mi me quizo sacar mas plata, pero que maish... ojo! no te estan pidiendo, segun lo que yo veo por lo que escribiste, el examen medico completo, o sea, la I-693 completa! solo el supplement, que es solo las vacunas, porque ya ellos tienen el examen que hiciste en Caracas. Y por supuesto! Jon tiene que llenar la I-864, y si estas segura que obviamente cumple con los requisitos, envia esa sola (que durante los 3 pasados taxes reporte mas del 125% de la poverty line), si no, te van a hacer como a mi, te van a pedir otro sponsor que mande otra I-864. Dice, affidavit of support, y entre parentesis dice, (unless already submited); caramba no solo mande el de Erin sino por el RFE el del papa de Erin, asi que obviamente no llevo nada porque fue "already submitted" a alguno de ustedes le pidieron el affidavit OTRA VEZ? en sus entrevistas? etc.. que realmente les pidieron? como han dicho, creo recordar que solamente que si pruebas de la realcion, lease, cuentas, fotos, etc, no? mas nada? Mexico, Latin & South America	Gente de Venezuela	Epale! Bueno, Cami, el sitio donde nos quedamos queda como a 2 horas de Duluth, entre dos pueblos, Lutsen y Grand Marais. Todo along the cost of Lake Superior, que es el lago de agua dulce de mas superficie del mundo, y es segundo en volumen de agua despues de otro que creo que esta en Rusia. El domingo nos quedamos en Duluth, en Fitgers Inn, arrechisimo; ese dia salimos de la cabanita y nos fuimos a Duluth poco a poco parandonos en varios sitios para conocer y disfrutar (y comprar ). Carola si parece un mar, yo siempre echando broma le decia a Erin que si el mar, y ella me decia no! el lago! jejeje! Los Great Lakes son inmensos, y van y vienen barcos de todas partes del mundo a traer y llevar todo tipo de mercancias como mineral de hierro, pellas de hierro (taconite), granos, etc, etc, etc, y pare usted de contar, esto mayormente a los puertos de Duluth. Ana nr1, si, se banian pero no vi muchas playitas de arena por esa zona, ya que esta es rocosa, y las costas son o rocas, o piedritas como la foto de Pebble Beach. Pero si, es como tu dices, no pueden ver un charquito! jaja, y ese que es el charco de agua dulce mas grande del mundo, manquesea, jajaja. El slogan del estado de Minnesota es el estado de los "10000 Lakes", y es que hay lagos para regalar, y como dice un pana de Valencia que estudio conmigo aqui, a cualquier charco lo llaman lago, jajaja. Aqui mismo en the Twin Cities y suburbios, hay lagos muy bonitos donde se banian, se alquilan o llevas tu canoa o kayac, etc... muy bueno. En este viaje tambien fuimos a uno de los lagos cerca de la frontera con Canada que se llaman bwcaw, o BOUNDARY WATERS CANOE AREA WILDERNESS, es una cadena inmensa de lagos donde no se puede llevar nada que tenga motor, pura fuerza bruta con kayaks o canoas, llevas la tuya, se meten en un lago de entrada, y le echas brazo hasta llegar al otro lado donde ahi varias salidas del lago, te montas la canoa en los hombros, y caminas (portage) cargando tu canoa hasta el lago siguiente y asi vas y vas y pasas todos los dias que quieras, o puedas, jaja... fuimos a Brule Lake, uno de los lagos de entrada del bwcaw pero no tomamos fotos porque pensando en que se podia mojar, no llevamos la camara anduvimos como 3 horas en un kayak, espectacular!
