K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March (2012) filers...	Hello there friends it’s been awhile since I last posted here. So I have been here in Florida for almost two weeks already. So far so good. I am slowly getting used to living here although it is my second time in the USA. My POE was Miami – it was not so bad except for the 2 hours wait. For all of the USA citizens here – please, try to be patient with your foreigner love. For people like me who come from smaller countries most of the things seem quite strange – the heavy traffic, the HUGE bottles of milk /3 or 5 liters/ the toilet paper /HUGE/ etc but the good thing is that everything is cheaper than Europe especially shoes and clothes /yepaaa for TJ Max / So far my fiancé has added me to his bank account and I already have a debit card /huge mistake from his side / Next week we will get our marriage license and we plan to get married around Christmas on the beach.	lovebirds85	Female	Bulgaria	2012-12-08 11:39:00

Better News: Our attorney cc:'d us on an email asking the Embassy for an interview as soon as possible. Not sure if that will help, but I am leaving to go back to the US in 10 days and would love for him to come with me. Not holding my breath though. Bad News: The DF-156K requests "Evidence of Engagement to your finance". Umm...this is a problem for us. We have both been married before and our in our 40's. An engagement and wedding are all ceremonial as far as we are concerned. We just want to get married. We will purchase rings when he gets to the US but right now....proof?...not sure if I have any other than a year of waiting for an I-129F to be approved! You would think that would be enough. (Waiting on the attorney to answer my email about this now) Any suggestions from my VisaJourney family? Signed document by family and friends maybe? My Facebook status change? LOL You know it is official if it is on FaceBook! So let me start. I am the beneficiary Silviya from Bulgaria (26 years old), my fiancé is also Bulgarian (age 38). We met through a mutual friend on Facebook and instantly fell in love last year while he was here to visit his family. I am currently in Varna, Bulgaria and unfortunately he is in Florida. If everything is ok with our petition I am planning to move to USA and I cannot wait to start my new happy life with him. We are going to have a small courthouse wedding in Florida and a few months later a big ceremony in Bulgaria. Right now there is nothing we can do except to wait patiently while this process is over. A year ago I also wanted to go to the USA and see my fiance and they refuse me a tourist visa as according to them I don't have strong ties to my country (really stupid thing ). Now he will have to issue another one for me. Do you think that this may be a problem having in mind that he had already sponsored his father for green card ? and now me for K1. Does it matter how many people he had sponsored and how many affidatives of support he had issued before. Thank you in advance. Are we required to submit the I-134, Affidavit of Support with the I-129F in the beginning or do we submit this later on? Also line#9 on I-134 is asking for previously submitted affidavits. I've submitted this before for friends that I invited to visit and for my ex wife who was already in the country but never for a fiance(e) visa. Would i leave this blank or should i submit all info, anyone knows? I'd really appreciate some feed back. Thank you, I think that you should include any previous Affidatives.
