It would be a good board except that it is crawling with creeps who are there only to put people down, distort facts, and insult people who make honest mistakes as much as possible. Here, contemptuous creeps like that are not tolerated, as Katheryne and the rest of the very professional moderating team have zero tolerance for the insults, personal attacks, and general contempt that permeate RWD. Mind you, this is not everyone at RWD. There are some good people there, but there are also some very sick and sadistic pieces of worthless garbage there too, and the latter seem to do most of the posting. Of course I am not perfect, and I made one large mistake a year and a half ago. I screwed up badly getting to the airport to meet Elena. It was during rush hour, and I was over an hour late. During the time, I was in constant contact with her and gave her status reports every ten minutes or so. The creeps at RWD will tell you I just kept her hanging the entire time, but they are boldfaced liars. It is simply not true. I know it was my mistake with nobody else to blame. Unlike the pompous buffoons at RWD, I do not pretend to be perfect, nor do I attempt to hide my mistakes nor blame them on anybody else, nor do I blow smoke to obscure my mistakes. The lowlifes at RWD, on the other hand, do this all the time to fool themselves (and apparently each other) into believing that they are perfect.when in reality they are nothing but perfect morons. But this was ONE mistake a year and a half ago. Despite that, every time I post on RWD about ANYTHING, the creeps chime in for pages and pages without end about how I am totally worthless because I had the audacity to make ONE single mistake. Every positive thing that happened since then is ignored by them as if it never happened. They are so small that they have nothing to write about or post about except for ONE single mistake by me a year and half ago. They even went as far as to dig up that year and a half old thread to take things I posted out of context and distort and twist them around to bolster their boldfaced lies. So there you have it. I am not the bad person. THEY are the bad people. A long time ago, I was taught the value of responsibility. You simply do not make a life changing decision that another person depends on to change his or her life and then nine months later say "Ha ha, I was only kidding." Only the most morally bankrupt person would do something that reprehensible. But then, since the creeps at RWD operate at the same lowlife gutter level, I suppose they see what Elena did to me as just fine. Now that I think about it, I hope that Elena hooks up with one of those creeps and that they make each other's lives the worst living hell they can possibly imagine. They both richly deserve it. Al --u seem to have some bad experiences with Russian women . I still have a hard time believing that it is acceptable to make a life changing decision that you know is going to be a life changer for another person that he will build his life and world around, and then tell that other person, 9 months after making that decision and after 2 1/2 years of proclaiming your love for that person on a daily basis, "Ha ha, only kidding".. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Useless NOA2	Thank you all for your support, but I must disagree that USCIS did me a favor by delaying my NOA2 for all of this time. Elena's problems were all imaginary, making all sorts of outrageous claims that were simply untrue. When I pressed her for specifics on the claims she made against me, the answer was always the same: "I don't know". Had she been here and therefore unable to refuse to communicate with me for 31 days like she did, I could have broken her determination to refuse to listen to anybody or anything except for her own sick fantasies. Also, starting up the bulldozer would have resulted in her deportation, thereby greatly increasing her incentive to see things my way. Unfortunately, USCIS will only now have one failed K-1 against her, as her first victim was from England, so she may very well conjure up some lies about me to her next victim to cover herself. I am purposely not withdrawing my I-129f so it can go down in the computers as a failed K-1. Hopefully this will haunt her for several years and prevent her from striking again until she is too old for any man to want to bother with her. The sad truth is that she does not only lie to others; she lies to herself and refuses to deal with her mental problems, preferring to set someone else up for a fall so she can rationalize that it is his fault. I am sure she believes me to be some kind of hideous monster out to ruin her life. I know (and so do many of you know) how aggressive I can get when my interests are threatened, but all she got from me was love and kindness, even during the 31 days of silence. I sent her flowers. I sent her chocolates. I sent her a stuffed teddy bear. I sent her love notes. I sent her e- cards. I e-mailed her love songs. And she did not acknowledge any of it. She was stubbornly determined to destroy, destroy, destroy, and that is what she did. Al --I am so sorry to hear about your situation . I missed you buddy ,and was concerned and even asked persons about you since you had dropped off the VJ radar several months ago . I also have a age gap difference , but it does not bother my fiancee or her family . We have grown to love and cherish each other and is waiting to spend the rest of our lives together. Reading the post you mentioned I would have to note that they did a service request first(although it was between 5 and 6 months). Then they used that as part of there evidence on the expedite. So, I guess I am on that same course, but my service request was placed after 6 months(5 months +30 days). If it gets my petition processed great, if not I will use it as part of the evidence when I then file an expedite, as that person did. Scared the ###### out of me hahaha. Went to website and there it was "On April 27, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice." Called my Fiancee in the Philippines...Whole house exploded with excitement...Did the Skype thing too...tears and laughter!! Congrats on yr approval . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Losing my Patients with the USCIS	I am getting so frickin pissed off at the USCIS. I have patiently waited 6 months for an approval or RFE or denial or something. Have heard nothing except give us another 60 days. I cannot believe this is the United States Government. I cannot believe US citizens are being treated this way. I have paid taxes my whole life, served 4 years of Honorable service in the United States Marine Corps. I am doing this the American way by filing paperwork properly instead of just being a douchebagger and trying to sneak her in the border. Why can't they fix their freakin system so we the citizens, the people who pay them to even have a job can see where are case is at in the process. Maybe they can make it to where we can see that they are waiting on a background search or waiting on a response from your local county courthouse to verify your previous divorce was legal. Or maybe see that they are currently on the golf course and will resume work on your case once they finished the 18. Instead they leave us completely in the dark knowing absolutely nothing. I am telling you my bitterness is brewing badly. My Senator was able to get my case approved for an expedite on Wednesday and still have heard nothing. Has anyone ever called to speak to a teir 2 officer and requested to speak to their supervisor? Any luck getting that done that way? If i have to, i will email the Director of the Department of Homeland Security. I am so sick of waiting for an answer that will only take 10 minutes of somebodies time. I mean i know how difficult physical and mentally their job must be, having to work Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm even having all of the medical and retirement benefits. Truthfully i would rather be a Port-a-John cleaner than have to undergo the physical and mental strain of their schedule. One thing i am doing consistently is calling them twice a day and speaking with a teir 2 officer. Next week will be three times a day and the week after that will be four times a day. You can start calling me Andy Dufrene(you know Shawshank) if you want to. Each one of them will be told that i am calling that much. And i will continue to call that much until one of them burns the ten calories it takes of getting up off their ####, walking five steps to the next desk and asking their supervisor to call the VSC. If they are going to waste me and my families time, i am going to waste theirs. Can i get an Amen??!! They are already getting to know me. Any thoughts anyone? Suggestions? They are mixed reviews here on this but they were able to get my case expedited based on ONPT. It helped and i received my NOA2 after several days. We are over the 6 month mark, and other couples who were October 28th filers are already approved. Aaron and I are the only one left. I know what you are thinking, different people, different cases, yadee, yadee, yadee.. That I know, but I also know what people who were in the same situation (over 5 month mark) were very anxious too. Why is it taking so long?! I am sooo scared our case gets denied for whatever reason (maybe it's just the nerves). Last week Aaron and I called together to the USCIS, and put in a Service Request. He said we should receive anything within the next 30days. Ieeejj, it's so terrifying that the decision will be, more than likely, made within this month (heading to 7month mark). I dont know.... I'm just nervous Channah --you may want to start contacting yr Congressman , Senators , Ombudsman and get them to put some additional pressure on them . And I know plenty of VSC couples who are waiting also for over 6 months and longer. And no, Aaron and I don't see any reasons why it takes so long * I'm not from a high fraud country at all * We both have submitted everything (a lot of evidence since we've visited each other a lot of times) * We both have clean police records * He makes way above the poverty level Ummmm... so, you never know!!!! Your Senators and Congressman will get the same answer they give you --about doing additional background checks . Maybe your name or your fiancee name had a ''hit '' . So I excitedly checked on our case status the minute I came to the office but no, it was still on Initial Review. So I thought, I probably was just thinking too much about NOA2. LoL! It will play a factor when you are approved and have to submit evidence of support at the interview . A main cause is awaiting background security check .
