Like May/Tim said --my fiancee has an engegement ring but does not wear it to work and when she goes out since she is agraid of losing it , or for it to get stolen .Her mom keeps it in a sfe place .I will ask her to wear at her interview as further proof since we took many pics of our the engagement ceremony with some with me on my knees proposing to her But as I said it just depends on whose consular officer interviews you . Hello, I have noticed that a TON of people that have had their 129F sent to the California center at the end of January are getting cranked out in about 2 weeks. I am hoping I fall into this as well, but you never know. I did look at the NCISC site at their charts and it looks like the number of applicants as of November is less than 10,000 (2/3's less than just 2 months before) it also seems they are producing about 5,000 approvals a month. I had sent my K1 on 02/04/14 and got the NOA1 (Text and email) on the 14th (the date the website says is the 11th) so this seems to be moving along pretty quickly. I was hoping this is something that happens right before the NOA2 gets sent.... I did read on here some who only got the text it was still 4 months where others got both text and email and was approved hours later. I d get both the email and text, It's in California Service and I have seen a HUGE trend that people that filed late Jan early Feb are getting NOAs in 10-15 days.... I'm shocked because the date they said was about the 23rd for it to be completed.... S with any luck this indicates how "slow" they are (meaning not many things to do). Should I call now? Also I read that a tier 2 is who you want to speak with, if I do call how do you get them? My congressman contacted them 04/17 on 05/17 I got a letter as I read it, they think its taking too long and leaning on them. According to them they have no way of getting the total amount of deposits for the last year... I was told to "Add them up" with the generous offer of we will reprint your statements for the last year for the small price of $2.00 a page.... Of course I'd be nuts to do that considering I have estatements... Let's see what they say now.   To drive my point home... after I get the letter I'll ask to see a manager and say I deposited over $50,000,000 last year... Where is it all at? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Problem getting letter from bank	As part of the Affidavit of Support it requests a letter from the bank with date open, current balance and total of deposits. I think I might have just got a dingbat who don't know how to run a report (as I'm sure the bank software has to have this feature somewhere). When I originally asked for the letter she just started printing my monthly statements... My question is how important is the total amount of deposits for the last year? They did ride them and set m all communications they had with them... I think it did help. We have our interview now Aug. 4th... I feel all of your pain and it is not nice....
