K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2010 K1 Filers	Today I received a letter from Senator Cardin with the Privacy Act form that I need to fill out and send back to them. I did fill it out immediately and faxed it to them. Man, it is good to have somebody taking action on my case! My Congressman representative told me that it takes up to 6 wks before they can give me an update beacause of the high number of such requests. I may get approved before they do anything . The last couple weeks I was noticing some October filers from VSC getting approved. The best I can guess is that a few VSC employees had some boxes with Sept/Oct files in it which is why some October were being approved. Honestly, I was shocked as all hell to see I was approved. I wasn't expecting it until April at the earliest. I have started to apply the pressure . It has been now about 3 mths 3 wks . I am patiently waiting my time for my approval . I miss my honey .The wheels at VSC has begun to turn --good luck all . After 2.5 years and daily communications, weekly cam on yahoo, the money being sent twice a month, 2 times I went der being wit her family and frends...wasted Third time --she strike out . Just kick her to the curb --she does not deserve your love .She is playing games with your heart . I am pretty sure you will find someone who is willing to share their life and love with you . That's the good news...the bad news is that my I-134, supporting documents, and some original evidence of our relationship appears to be a little it lost in the mail It was mailed almost 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to take a week to get there... It's no a disaster yet but it WOULD be a pain to piece together all that stuff again. How did you guys who sent stuff from the U.S. make sure it arrived in time? But we are SOOOOOO happy to finally have a date. Jerusalem consulate mail is very, very slow and unreliable(my friend said she never even got an appointment letter mailed to her - she just found out through her congressperson). So we have gotten all our information (packet 3, interview date) by emailing them and they have been very responsive and then the hard copy comes a few weeks later. Anyway, that's the update! Put in a service request on the 31st and just got the email today that we were approuved. I dont know if the service request even went through but hey W/E haha. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K1 visa interview : passed or fail?	Hello, everyone! I am new here and I am happy to be a part of this community. Today, I had my interview at the US embassy here in Manila. It was definitely an experience. Everything went smoothly. My only problem is, I am now doubting if i have passed the interview and have been approved a visa. I was interviewed by the consular officer after all my documents have been gathered by a Filipino officer, interviewed by the Filipino officer and had my fingerprints scanned. The interview with the consular went like this: 1. He asked for my name then for my fiance/petitioner's name. 2. He asked how we met each other. 3. When did we start dating? 4. What does my fiance do for a living? 5. When did I last see him? 6. Have I ever been out of the country? And after all these questions, I was asked to sit down at the waiting area and wait for my name to be called. After 15 minutes, my name was called and was asked to fill up a form for shipping details. The guy from the window said to just wait for my visa at home together with my passport. But the thing is, the consul did not say anything to me about passing or failing the interview. I mean, if I have been denied, would he have told me on the spot? I have no effin' clue... I hope somebody can enlighten me. I was telling my fiance about this and he seems worried, but I just know deep in my heart that i probably passed and that me and my fiance should just chill because soon, we will be together. I hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks! Sounds like a ''GO'' to me . If you have failed or needed some more information --they would have let you know . Congrats in advance . I should be able to be with whomever I choose and bring them to where I live. To spend all the money and time waiting for this and to be denied for something so miniscual is absolutely beyond my comprehension. My fiance is hard working man and deserves a much better life than Jamaica can provide. We have so many Americans that are lazy, non productive, and a waste of our tax dollars. We should be able to kick them out and let people who want to become someone, be someone, and make a difference in their own lives as well as their families lives. Truly unconscienable and ridiculous!!!!!   Sheldongirl -Did they do a drug test , or did they find it the blood test ? Or did he admit to use it as a recreational drug ? I am sorry to hear . Hi there, I just wanted to see if anyone has had experience expediting a I-130, and if so, is pregnancy considered a sufficient medical condition to warrant requesting expediting? I am a USC just starting the I-130 process for my husband who is overseas in Australiia, and I just found out that I am pregnant. While it is of course great news, the thought of going through the entire pregnancy alone and possibly giving birth before his greencard/visa is approved is devistating. Does anyone know if a pregnancy of the US spouse petition would be reason to qualify for an expedite request? Some applications take priority eg some military members asked for thier applications to be expedited because they are deploying within a month or two --so they are priortise .It holds true for for some state dept /dept of defense officials since they will be relocating to another country due to their jobs .Also some govt officials falls into this category due to the nature of their job (dont quote me ---lol) , and of course others have ''contacts ''.
