Philippines	CENOMAR result	Hi, Hank! Yes I do have. I can ask my mother to do a favor for me. The problem is, I have instructions from the USEM here in Hong Kong that CENOMAR should be obtained through online, the e-CENSUS. And must sent directly to them. I wanted to call the embassy if I can do what you have suggested but I'm afraid they will have doubts about my CENOMAR being faked or what. Hi,   Just curious about your cenomar request. First of all, try to calm down. I know your agitated by the situation but believe me, everything happens for a reason. Let's try to see where the fault is? If you don't mind me asking, what details did you put on the fill-in the blanks. I know you need to put your full name, birth date, birth place, age, address, mother & father etc. Then after this you will proceed to some questions. Then after everything has been filled up you will be transferred to another page which is the online chat. This guys are going to re-verify everything you have entered. I believe there's a very very very low chance that if you even have the same full name, age, birth date and birth place, there's no chance that other will have the same parent unless your twins (lol, joking). You forgot to tell the recipient that there's a bank end charge in the US which cost alot more than the sender's bank. You're only providing info from the bank charge in the Philippines. My advise is to check first your bank in the US if it's wells fargo, US bank, bank of america. Mine I use travis union bank. They don't charge bank end. USCIS Service Centers	Is CSC going slow?	I've been checking timelines too these past few weeks and have been so excited seeing CSC's fast approvals! lately it has gotten slower. no one could tell and question why. Tahoma is right, we need some yoga. I hear VSC people's disappointments, we're all celebrating for the CSCs fast approvals while them are in pain waiting for theirs. it's easier said than done, but we've got nothing else to do but to stay calm, wait and pray. it will come! USCIS Service Centers	Touched??	correct me if I'm wrong but as how I understand it is, you have to sign up an account at USCIS, add your case to your portfolio then the date on the "last updated" is when it was last touched. that's my guess but to those who wanted to be touched. Philippines	noa1 not received yet	Young Lady; I did not see your last Post. I will go off what I see here in this post. I seen a comment that stated: Most likely, there is No Petition Filed... I agree.... That is a HUGE Posibility due to the fact of almost 7 months waiting for a NOA1. That just don't happen. (It happened to a immediate family member of Mav, 7 months later she found out No Petition was Filed and was lied too.) If he was concerned he would have traced that Money Order 6 Months ago. He would have to make a Info-Pass Appointment and not a phone call. Hopefully, there was a NOA1 issued but I see No Avail or concern from the Fiance from this post of yours. I just don't see how being so busy is an excuse not to trace a Money Order is. As the above reply stated: Did you sign any documents, supply a birth certificate to submit with the Petition ? Seeing ur reply makes me so disappointed cause I do get your point. yet, I know my fiance very well in which I know he would not lie to me, and I don't think I need to go into details to prove this. from my last post, there was somebody who mentioned about the info pass, i wonder what that is? and also from my last post, they mentioned about calling the uscis and ask about our case. Philippines	noa1 not received yet	You never answered the last question in your previous post. Did he ever send you papers to sign G-325? Did he ask you any questions about where you went to school? Where have you lived since age 16? Your parents names and birth dates? These are some questions he would need your to answer before he can send off the petition to USCIS We are just wondering if he really sent it If you did not sign any forms with him then he probably did not send it and that is why there is no NOA1 yet Good Luck he was here last year august and he asked me to help him fill out the forms. i just can't remember what forms were those. before anything else, he just asked his friend who had undergone this fiance visa application on how to process it, he just told my fiance to look at this website http://travel.state....types_2994.html and to follow everything in there. from that website, it wasn't stated what to get and when to expect getting it. all the while we thought what we will get few months after is a notice saying we're approved and be ready for the medical and interview, cause that's what his friend mentioned in the email (to download the forms, make sure everything is compiled e.g pictures, receipts, flight tickets, send it and wait for about 5-6months) i trust my fiance and i am confident that he did send it, it's just that we haven't really read all of the instructions about everything. i even knew about all these last february. if there were lacking forms, wouldn't they send it back or even send a notice saying there is something lacking in the application that he sent? Sorry but maybe she can look for a better place that's also safe for her and her sister. P4,500 is not that bad. I may be wrong, but in my own opinion, P16,000 is not enough for 2 people staying in Manila. The cost of living in Manila is high. If they will only have the P16,000 that you're sending for the both of them and will have no other resources, I think it's not enough. If the sister has a job it could help perhaps. but as I have computed how much left after paying the rent, it could not sustain their needs in a month. unless otherwise, they're really good in budgeting. Philippines	Sputum Test is so confusing!	tuberculin skin test is not a confirmatory test for TB, it aids in diagnosing the patient with PTB. The positive result of your daughter's skin test may mean she have some bacteria (mycobacterium tuberculosis) lying dormant in her body or it may be your child has been exposed to people with TB. they're requesting a 3-day sputum test cause that's how they can confirm it. also the treatment is not only for those who are positive in TB. those who are positive in PPD (skin test) but has negative X-ray result may or may not be given treatment, but they usually give treatment to decrease the chances of the bacteria present to convert into an active TB. and yes, it is usually taken 6-9 months. Why wouldn't they conduct their own skin test if they refuse to honor medical exams from another clinic? Hospitals have different policies and procedures. There are some that they will do their own testing so as to confirm the previous test done, some hospitals don't. Hope this helps! Good luck to you and your little one! God bless!
