So judging by the pic When packet is received all one has to do is tilt the packet and the passport with visa slides out of the cut corner? I had no idea the cut corner was so big.

when you get the packet, everything is covered by a transparent plastic of DELBROS so you can basically see what's inside the packet. when you take off the DELBROS plastic, there is another transparent plastic. From there, you'll see your passport infront and the brown envelope and when you flip back the packet you'll see the warning sign. You need to carefully tear off the plastic for you to get your passport and for you NOT to mess up with the brown envelope smile.gif the passport is NOT inside the brown envelope smile.gif
