Just droped my passport at the reception, & was told to come back later at 3 pm to pick it up. We made it Thank you all VJ'ers for all your support & help. Middle East and North Africa	New here and would appreciate some help	Hello everybody, I'm new here and have a really burning question!!! We've met online in 2004. Then i went to Morocco to meet him in August same year. Since there were some complications i couldn't file for Fiance Visa. So, I asked him to try for a tourist visa. It was denied, the interview was under 1 minute long and the officer had a paper 'sorry your visa was denied" in his hands ready!!!For some reason my now husband just shaved his head a month before that - i think that's why it was denied. After that I was able to come back and we got married in 2005. Now, my husband's interview was in February at the Casablanca. He recieved a form saying that it was returned to homeland sercuity for futher investigation (221(g)). After that nothing worked! I e-mailed, i called Casa and they all were saying the same thing. So, whoever interviewed my husband this February denied his K-3 visa saying that he lied on the toursit visa interview, that he's never met me before applying for it! My question now is: he has an interview date and he doesn't believe he'll get a visa this time either. I kind of don't believe it too. But we have to try. So, is there anything i can do before the interview wich is next month to improve his chances of getting that visa? Like contacting somebody or something?I didn't have money for a lawyer before but i doubt now that would help. Any advice? Thanks in advance T What is the new interview for? Don't heed the warning or heed it. Pork, Alcohol, is haraam no questions about it. They have beef pepperoni in all major supermarkets so you can add this to your pizza. US Citizenship General Discussion	N 400 December 2010 applications	Can someone please update me, passed my interview today AND walked out with (after being there from 8.45 until 2.40) with my oath letter for 9am on the 29th of April, was a very very long day but worth it, the IO was a very nice lady I had waited almost 3 hours before the interview then had to wait a few more until her supervisor looked at and approved the paperwork on the speeding ticket I had recieved (only one in my whole life) that had been moved down to a parking ticket, then had to wait some more for the oath letter, but all in all it was TOTALLY worth it.	fullcircles	Female	United Kingdom	2011-04-06 00:25:00

US Citizenship General Discussion	N 400 December 2010 applications	I just checked my status online, its STILL at request for eidence, it begins "On Jan 7th we mailed you a request for more evidence" so thats last touch right? US Citizenship General Discussion	N 400 December 2010 applications	Hi Guys, Quick update done the whole finger prints in the Bronx's at the damn crack of dawn today all went without a hitch other than the getting up at 3am to leave at 4am thing LOL. Didn't think that was worth an update, did you? neither did I .......Until, I got home and checked the mail and found the yellow letter saying bring your driving licence etc when we give you an interview.... US Citizenship General Discussion	N 400 December 2010 applications	there you are, i was wondering where you disappeared :-). i hope you get your Biometrics letter soon, we have the same timeline. you should have gotten your Receipt number on the NOA, it should be under Application number to the left side on top. check it again and good luck. i hope you guys get through that snow storm safe and sound Hi, It has an application number that begins with NBC is that it? cause when I put that in with and without the letters to check status it did not recognice the number.
