K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F approaved	My fiance was here in england for a while, we never received an email for our NOA2 but i just checked the status on the uscis website and it was approved on 10jan.. kicking my self i didnt check earlier. But we havnt received the email which we signed up for. My fiance will be home tonight so hoping we have a letter confirming but if not what do we do? I have all the evidence ready like photos,phone call bills,e-mails,trip itineraries of both of us together. My fiancee is also going with me for my Interview and I think It will also helps. I am just worried because I saw on Visa journey website that Delhi embassy don't issue K1 visa easily. Please give me any suggestion which helps me for my Interview. Thank you all. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Passport Picture Background Color	Hi I sent in my I-129 application on 2/1/12. I noticed that the passport background picture that I attached for me and my fiance g-325a was not white but dark blue. When I visited the Philippines I and my fiancee asked the photographer for passport pictures and didn't realize the background color was wrong as per I-129 instructions. As we are new here and just beginning our journey we have still so much to do. I am having issues with trying to download our Skype log. I did copy and paste it into a word document but I don't know if that will suffice. I also tried to use a a program that I saw from another post and have been unsuccessful in doing so. I am not the best when it comes to computers and was wondering if anyone could give me some added advice. I am willing to call or Skype anyone that might be able to help me. (from your company) If it was over $400.00 - you were supose to - even if you didn't make a company to generate it. (income is income to the IRS) I did, but I haven't finished filing this year and I started the company like… 7 months ago. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 question -- supplement?	So here's the deal, I've got a co-sponsor, but I still want to be sure that my I-134 looks as good as possible, just to be safe. Now my problem is that I am self-employed, but never actually made the company legal (I'm a residential faux painter). I'm in the process of making it legal now, but there's no tax returns or anything, so it will basically look like I'm a bum who took unemployment for a bit of the year and hasn't done anything since. So my question is - would it be a good idea to just attach a note to the I-134 saying that my company is too new to have any tax returns? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	HELP interview april 24 2012	hi everyone our interview is on april 24.. this tuesday!!!!!!! we thought that we had all the papers prepared.. then i looked over the email confirmation again... under the lists of documents it says we need to have the DS 156 (including duplicates), and the ds 156k, and the 230 form. We mailed these documents via express post with package 3. Were these documents supposed to be sent back to us, and were we supposed to pick them up at the DHL location provided? I thought we were only supposed to bring the affidavit of support, passport, birth cert, police record check, letter of intent, medical, and 2 passport pictures. please let us know exactly what documents we need to bring to the interview... the process and information given seems confusing and conflicts with eachother.. any help would help..thanks so much! You need to have all those documents in your hand for your interview day,3 photos with the name written on the back of the photo,DS-156 (2) with barcode on it,156K (1) DS-230 part 1 and 2, original passport and copy,Birth certificate copy and original,police certificate,Evidence about ongoing relationship ( Photo's, emails, Skype logs,plane tickets, receipts if you have kept any while you guys were together etc. and be confident for what you will answer and answer for what they will ask only. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	DS-156 problem	Hello everyone. I'm a newbie here in VJ but I really need help regarding DS-156 for my K1 visa. I am trying to fill out a form online but it is giving me an error that says like this: Your Internet browser must support 128-bit encryption. If you are using Internet Explorer (Windows), the minimum version that will work with this site is version 5.0, with service pack 2. If you are using Netscape, the minimum version that will work with this site is version 6.2. You must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or higher installed on your PC in order to download and print the completed application form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or higher, you may download a copy from Adobe's web site. You should use either an ink-jet or laser printer to print the completed application form. I hve an updated adobe acrobat reader, my browser supports 128-bit encryption, so practically I did everything I could think of, and even tried using firefox and chrome aside for the IE but it still gave me the same error. In the same page where this error is there is a link at the bottom that says DS-156 and so I clicked it and I was able to continue filling out the form and printed it. However my problem is it says it is DS-156 2008, so I am thinking it might not be the right form, or it might be obsolete.Is there anybody else who could help me with this? Thanks! United Kingdom	Petition DENIED??	They RFE'd us for new letters of intents to marry, his divorce certificate being unsigned from Scotland, my divroce certificate again (am assuming they couldn't see the stamp), and a copy of my passport (as I forgot to include that). That's all they RFE'd us for. We sent in brand new letters signed in blue ink, a certified copy of my divorce certificate that I went up to the courthouse to get, and he finally found someone who would issue another "Ectract of divorce" from Scotland AND sign it (signing divorce paperwork is not common in UK). The Intents to marry were the same templates here on this site, and we assumed that it was because they were signed in black ink that may be they didn't think the signatures were valid. We were not RFE'd for documentation of relationship or visit. The evidence I sent them of our relationship was almost 3 inches thick and included photographs of us together, Facebook posts, chat logs, call logs, phone logs, and photos from when I visited him. As for the "free to marry waiting period" we are both definitely outside of that! Will post an update when the letter comes. Either way.. I am retaining a lawyer today to make sure it's not screwed up this time This is sad.But be patient. Everything gonna work when the day comes and God willing. Have Faith in your God.Stay strong. Good morning/afternoon/evening VJ'ers I was awoke at 3am this morning by the sound of Jess screaming after checking the USCIS site to find that we got approved at NOA2 stage yesterday We had just got the card back from the US Postal Service yesterday to say that our RFE had been received so we were pleasantly surprised to see our status updated so quickly Needless to say I barely slept after that and work was a blur so we are in need of some sage advice from the community as to what we need to do now and what steps to take to speed this process along.
