K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Approved in Bogota!!!!!:)	We were approved at the interview in Bogota this morning and all went well. They did not ask for my DAS report and we spent more time waiting to be called to the second window than the time spent at both windows. So happy now we are just waiting for the Visa to arrive!!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Any idea whats goin on at CSC right now?	199 days at CSC and not even a touch. When I called USCIS, they hinted it could be another 60 days. I'm entering random WACxxx's at the USCIS website, and it still looks like they're processing mid June, 2011, though I did see some from May that haven't been looked at yet. Oh no:( That is extremely slow. I don't know what to do,but i wish for all of us all the best. Yea.they are processing mid. I remember when filing realizing we got CSC was a good thing! But not right now. Its 2 months behind Vermont.. Any ideas, no one seemed to get any approvals on Friday. Hopefully they will speed up this week. Hope they start approval in this week. I would love to see when someone get approved from CSC filed from Sep-Oct. if they do we are in Oct.so i will be fine. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	HELL YEAH!	My lovely fiance Alina had her interview in Moscow today and we were approved! She said she felt very relaxed...not nervous...and when her turn came the woman who interviewed her was very nice and very plesant. She asked her how we met and she talked about how we met on RussianEuro...she asked to see the pics she brought with her...she said hello to her daughter...then approved lol. She said it was less than 5 minutes and it was a great experience. She will come to the States on the 26th of this month. I wish everyone could have the same experience. So many people on this site were a wonderful help so I hope I can give back to the people just starting the process. Ok...now that my stomach is no longer in knots I need a drink Congratulations!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I-129F Petition for Fiance Approved !!!!!	I wanted to share our happy news that our I-129F petition was approved. I received the notice in the mail today and have updated our timeline. One question: I thought the next step was that the Vermont Service Center sends the packet to the National Visa Service Center. My letter states "The above petition has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate (Kiev). Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance....". Does this mean that our info won't be going to the National Visa Service Center and instead, directly to the consulate in Kiev? Anyway, I am so happy and excited - I want to call my fiance now but its 2:25 in Ukraine and I dont want to wake her, so instead I am telling all my friends here on VJ ! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Approved!!!!!!!!	Hi Ho, Hi Ho, to the Embassy We Go!!!!! We were approved. It is early morning in Kharkov. I had hard night of sleep last night thinking about why I haven't heard anything on our reply on RFE. I woke up at 3 am and checked my email. No Answer. I laid in bed thinking of all the worst scenarios until I fell asleep. I thought I had turned my alarm clock off yesterday, but at 7 am it was sounding off. I told Tanya that I wanted to check the email. When I opened up my email there it was, USCIS. I opened, read it and gave Tanya a big KISS and said we were approved. For those of you who are keeping tabs on their I129Fs, my petition went to the California Service Center and they received it on 09/13/2011. Had a touch on 09/19/2011, but absolutely no updates on the USCIS website since then. Then BAM!!! Today's email 142 days later. Fantastic news for me and Good news for those who filed in September 2011 and thereafter. It looks like the pace is picking up again at the CSC. He received the approval letter this morning Wow i'm so surprised because everyday i checked the USCIS website regarding our status and i even sign up for the email updates but see haven't received any notification about NOA2 until now our case to the website is still initial review but we already received the letter and telling that our papers has been forwarded to the NVC after a long wait we finally got approved! We got our NOA1 August 17th and the NOA2 yesterday so a few weeks shy of 6 months, but had we not had the RFE it would have been just a little over 5 months. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Is this for real or am i dreaming?	wow, after a long 14 hrs of work, i came home and checked on my case status. i still cannot believe i got approved for NOA2. I thought my case was completely dead after i got a RFE that request to prove i met my fiance in person within the 2 years prior to apply for the petition. i submitted my application late a month and half of the 2 years requirement. I have not see my fiance in person since i applied. this is the best day ever. wow. keep your hope up everyone. They do listen to reason if you have a valid point i guess. wow. Congratulations!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	OMG! NOA2 came in today	Wow, smoking hot day today! So I've been entertaining family for over a week and ignored my mailbox for a bit. Well as luck would have it, I called USCIS last week and they had no news for me. (My case number doesn't work in their system.) Anyhow, opened the mail and found the NOA2! APPROVED! Thank God So then I look at the date and it's already more than a week old. Called the NVC and they just got my case today. Nice lady over the phone gave me my case number and we're off! Wow, my hat is off to everyone here who has helped as well as contributed to the wealth of information. Good luck to everyone on their journey and my God, this is just intense! Just asked the basic question: How did we meet? Have I been to Poland? Has she been in the U.S.? Did you stay longer than six months? How do we communicate? And do you have any pictures as proof that we have met? Do you any emails? So she pulled out the stack of papers with our skype and google talk. When he seen the stack she had he said thank you very much. asked for passports and said she will receive it back in five business days. She said to him in english "Thank you and have a nice day". At exactly 4:00 pm today, February 13, 2012 I received BOTH an email AND text message stating that our application was approved! This is with the CSC and it took exactly 4 months and 1 week. No RFE, no touches, no nothing just simply approved. Just called my gal and shared the news! Frankly because of scheduled work commitments I was actually hoping for approval in May! Go figure! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 APPROVED!!!!	My mom came up to my work today as I was getting off. She handed me an envelope and said I think you have been waiting for this. My heart dropped. I was so nervous. I did'nt know if it was an Approval, Denial or RFE. I thought no way it would come this fast. My fiance' is from Afghanistan and I did'nt think our NOA2 would come in 102 DAYS! I was so shocked I started crying. My moms face was priceless. She kept asking me "so whats next?"
