K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Is this a possible RFE	I sent the same exact documents that you have sent, except I added one letter from our joint bank account. I sent only 2 pictures(without names or date stamp on the back of them).everything went fine now my fiancee is waiting for her interview on August 20th 2013. As long as your relationship is legit and you are honest with your answers, you should not worry about anything.   That's great! Good luck with the interview! I did not have any joint account by then, though in my last trip we opened one to save for the wedding. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Is this a possible RFE	We filed the I129F in April, and got transferred to TSC from VSC, but after reading here in most places I found that I was supposed to write the dates and the names of the people in the pictures on the back of each photo but I did not! I am so nervous right now! It is so difficult to prove that we were together because all the photos taken were done with with my cellphone and it does not tag a date on it. We got our approval posted on the 28th of July but still haven't received the letter itself. So... have to wait for it. when is here send him a copy of it. And by the end of next week I should start calling to see if the case has been received at the NVC and get the SDO as it is for Dominican Republic. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I129F : Transferred	Hello there! If this was your first e-mail for the transfer, let me tell you that you will get three in total. A couple days later you will receive a letter from Vermont telling you you were transferred, probably to TSC for further processing. After that your approval should be within the next couple of weeks, but after your NOA2 then they take so long to transfer the file to VSC again and then VSC, as your original filling office, should forward the file to the corresponding embassy. The affected casework includes the following forms:   USCIS Form  Transfer of Workload I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) Vermont Service Center (VSC) to Texas Service Center (TSC) I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (F2A category for spouses and children of permanent residents)  VSC to Nebraska Service Center (NSC) I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals(with accompanying Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization)  VSC to NSC I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence VSC to California Service Center (CSC) Effect on Customers If your case was transferred, USCIS will send you a notice listing the transfer date and where your case will be processed. Your original receipt number will not change. You should reference your original receipt number and indicate your case was transferred to a new location when making any case status inquiries. If you have filed one of the affected form types and you receive a request for evidence or any other type of communication from USCIS, please read the notice carefully to ensure that you respond to the same service center that sent you the notice.   Redirecting Form I-129F Starting the week of July 29, 2013, USCIS began redirecting all newly filed Forms I-129F from the VSC to the TSC. The receipt notice will bear a TSC receipt number beginning with ?SRC?. The case will be processed by the TSC. The CSC will continue receiving Forms I-129F. And the lady just told me that they had sent it to NVC already and that I have to wait 3 more weeks to get the letter in the mail.   we were also told the same answer. hope they will mail us hard copy in 3 weeks. god bless us!   I am praying for this to more forward... IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2014 Interviews	Today marks the 15th day since I left my passport at the US Embassy in Paris and no sign of any progress (CEAC web site status stuck on "ready"). The email replies from the Embassy to my inquiries are all about "apologies" and "exceptional circumstances". Will I go down in the Guiness Book of Record as holding the longest period between interview and visa issued? I don't even know what to tell you because I know nothing will make you feel better. The worst part is that if someone has to fly somewhere for a family emergency that is not within the European Union and is not obviously the U.S., they can't go because they keep your passport. And it seems like no one is in a rush to fix this problem. So basically soon no one will be traveling into the US at all because they either don't have an Immigrant Visa or a non immigrant Visa. And then when they do issue them, it will be a bombardment of people trying to get flights....in the middle of summer. Genius. I freakin stalk CEAC hoping to see some change and nothing. The only thing that changes is the Status Date. Whoopeedooo... That helps. There are people stuck all over the world because of this issue and yet it feels like nothing is being done to fix it. I am utterly sad, our status is still at this stupid "ready" and was updated 2 days ago, nothing changed today. I am just stupidly waiting all alone for this visa. It's been one year and 3 months, I am fed up of this. Last night I hurt my toe, it was bleeding and because usually my husband takes care of these things (I'm passing out too easily when I see blood), I cried like a little girl. Being far from him sucks, being stuck away from him because of backlogs and glitches is not fair. I'll send an email to the embassy tonight, I want to know at least if they are able to issue some visas or none at all. This waiting is depressing. When I go to sleep my husband is still at work so I can't hear his voice. When I wake up he is asleep and I can't hear him telling me "bonjour". I am just disgusted by the whole process. Thanks for letting me vent. And thanks for your updates, I feel less alone when I read the posts on this forum. I just read this to my husband. Hang in there. Eventually we'll get this Visas... IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2014 Interviews	Hey LifeOnHold,   We have the same interview date, mine was in Sydney.   I already bought my husbands tickets (I know, I know...) because EVERYONE was getting their visas back in hand in ONE or TWO days so I bought his for 12 days later thinking we'd be more than safe...   My CEAC site still says Administrative Processing.   A couple from my hometown in China has their interview (for an adoption) on July 15th and they received their visa and are flying back to Florida tonight. I don't know what this means because it is China and maybe they are expediting adoptions but at least we are seeing SOMEONE enter the country on an immigrant visa...   Good luck and keep us posted... Mine hasn't even changed to Administrative Processing yet. The word "Ready" is not fun anymore lol. They at least changed the date and it seems like they tried to access our info today. I will keep everyone posted here, especially since this is a worldwide issue. I almost bought my hubby's ticket without the Visa as well because I was excited and it was cheaper. So don't feel bad. It's absolutely terrible and is very embarassing, to be quite honest. Why would anyone want to come live here and integrate when they're treated like his? Makes no sense to me. You'd think they'd be working beyond overtime to settle this because there are PEOPLE behind the numbers and cases, not inanimate objects. Ugh. I'd be beyond livid. If he passed the interview and successfully went through USCIS and the NVC with no problems, what more do they need to check??? It makes no sense. So upset for you. When you go to the interview they take your fingerprints and digital image and it needs to run thru the system a few times before they issue the Visa. It's like a last security check. Because you know, they haven't done enough of those and it's not like they'll be doing the same thing at POE... Ugh. I've already cried again today. We just want everything done so we can officially begin our lives together in our home. My husband is already fed up... I know I wouldn't want to move to a country that promotes seperation from yor spouse and family. But he also remains calm, which I guess helps me lol. Is there anyone you can contact to find out what's going on? I really hope you get the visa today or tomorrow! I emailed them yesterday, but they haven't replied yet. I feel like giving them a call. My husband is calm as a cucumber. But I'm just freakin livid now. This is total #######! They keep posting updates stating they are up and running, yet I don't see Visas being issued to anyone. This entire process is a nightmare from beginning to end. I'm sure we'll have other issues even after he is there because that is what happens when you do things the right way.
