K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	What is the "File Number" in the first line of G-325A?	so if a person recieved his citizenship through naturalization. should he have put his a number at this spot or put US citizen. I just put US CITIZEN. hopefully it works out. When i was applying for my us passport the person at the post office said that just leave it blank on the passport form. I never suggested a cam show would get her denied ... admitting to the fraudulent relationship absolutely will. Well, the semi-atrocious grammar and run-on sentences did sort of put me off the idea of reading the post ALL the way through...it took me a few tries. Of course, if the OP has such evidence he could and should be reporting it to the Consulate, and no one suggested otherwise. However, given the tone of the OP's post and the fact that the evidence is in the form of a chat transcript (which could easily be faked) I'm more inclined to think that the OP is feeling some outrage at the cam girl's/sister's fiance's behavior and trying to out this person on the internet. A chat conversation probably isn't going to be easily accepted as sole evidence...particularly from someone who is upset on behalf of his wronged sister. Just because the brother-in-law is on a diet, doesn't mean he can't look at the menu, as long as he eats at home..... B) Well said, except that I think the brother in law should also be telling his future wife that he's browsing the restaurant section. Doing it with her full knowledge (if not approval) is one thing, doing it behind her back is quite another. Its still only early yet. This could get really good. The fiance being petitioned for has to attend an interview and medical exam in their home country, so you can apply from the US but you do need to be in yhour country to do those things. What I am wondering is why you went to a lawyer now, rather than before you began the process? BTW Gwen - have you posted wedding pics? Fair enough! I don't know much about the process from certain countries which may cause problems-but it seems to me that in all the cases I've read about denials, it's some nasty consulate officer denying them on the basis of some nit-picky thing-not really something a lawyer could predict or help with. If your I-129F has already been approved you've met the first hurdle! Unless you have a particularly difficult case with prior marriages, messy divorces, or criminal convictions it's not hard to make a strong case for yourself by following the guides on here, filling everything out fully and completely, remembering to sign everything, and having all of your evidence ready and prepared (and organized!) for the interview. Age differences don't hold much weight, as long as you can prove that your relationship is genuine and you are both of at least legal age. If you get denied, there are options. Sometimes appeals can be filed, depending on why the denial happened. If you are denied you can always marry in the beneficiaries' country and then file for a K-3 spousal visa. Just answer questions honestly and truthfully, and be prepared for the option of getting refused entry. In our experience my husband was "living" here via the VWP and made three trips back to the UK. On his third re-entry he was stopped and questioned, and told not to try to enter again without the proper visa-but ultimately he was allowed through. I was a student for the past three years and had NO income on my last three years of tax returns, but the employer letter confirming this year's salary was enough so that we didn't have to have a co-sponsor at this stage. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	The RCMP don't really take 150 days, do they?	OK so my foreign fiance has a minor criminal record, and after reading this thread we made a few phone calls. This is after he was talked in person with the RCMP a few months of ago and them telling us that what he needed would ony take a few days. So of course now we are livid. They informed him he needs the fingerprint police clearance, and that it would take about 90 days (or possibly sooner if we included a letter explaining the urgency).
