First of all i wanna say i'm sorry your marriage didnt work out...and... when you are eligible for removal of conditions, as long as you have enough proof to show that you enter a marriage with good intent,but you didnt get along..then i think you should be fine... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Should I include these stuffs in my ROC packet?	Hi, I already have some of evidences for my ROC packet. But I can not make a decision whether to include these stuffs or not. Just wondering if you guys can give me your opinion. Here they are: Baby's ultrasound photos Now I am having our very first child together, the pregnancy is 19 weeks now, so I have 12th and 16th weeks ultrasound photos. Car insurance This is joint car insurance that has my name on it as well as my husband. My concern is just this joint insurance starts not too long ago, which is on May 2011 while I am about to send my packet this June 13th. I was just thinking probably USCIS will think what happened to the previous month and year. Well, that is just my thought. Verizon bill statement We have a family phone plan for the two of us. But in the online bill statement there is no my name on it, just my husband and our phone numbers. We both can not figure out how to put my name in the statement. So, what do you think, which one should I include and not? Thank you so much! i would say yes for everything... And also.. i sent a Sprint bill which had just my husband name on it and i just noted on the bill that is a family plan and i put my name next to my number and my husbands name next to his number and thats it...i thought to send as much i as i can so i wont be sorry later... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	RFE 751	i got RFE in the mail last week also.. and we sent everything we had with the first package...,i heard that half of the time they ask for the same things u sent them already..so we made copies of some things we sent them already and some other stuff we got in the mail since we filed ROC and some new things here and there that i dont think were very important along with an explanation letter why we dont have certain things...now im waiting to see whats next.. And if you are still worried,then you should contact your local office and get a stamp into your passport...But as said above...expired GC and 1year extension letter,passport and marriage certificate are good enough.. Finally got the tax transcripts in the mail, and my husband gave me some bank statements, but since he isn't in the mood to look for some from last year and the year before, I will open some of the letters that he has stored in a closet. Wish he would have told me that before, so I could have done that a week or two ago. as i said just send them anything that has yr name and address ,as well stuff that have yr husbands name and address and highlight everything even if its not since u guys got married..can be this years also,and also write a letter explaining what you have and what you dont have.. i made copies of all the immigrations documents they sent me in the past 3 years and i highlighted my name and address,kinda saying "hey i lived here the past three years and heres the proof" i hope yours goes as fast as mine.. We don't have kids and they also ask for more info about our residence. You said you would send a letter to explain why you don't certain things, yes? and what else you send? I hope mine will go smoothly like yours too! We sent all kinds of letters we got in the mail,some have my name,some my husbands name..bills that show my husbands name..and same address,cellphone bill,home phone bill,cable,credit cards bills,we sent them again the bank statements dating since 2009,Drivers Licenses, and a lot of stuff showing same address even if was addressed to just one of us..and also i put "post it" notes on each page..thats about it..Just be creative.. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	April 2011 filers	well i guess i wll just say what i got in the package im sending them(thats besides the "post it"notes on each page im planning to put)..and them i will say we dont have kids or a mortgage yet cos we are trying to save some money for a house and most of the bills are in my husbands name..and so on..
