First of all calm down,i know you are pretty stressed out , i was same as you are but let me tell you that you wont need all the vaccination you have seen online, they are general requirements because everything depends on your age, health history and stuff, i took my vaccination list from the family doctor and i was thinking i was going to need a bunch of vaccinations, but i only need it the HPV vaccine and that was it..Usually moldovans have all the vaccinations the visa requires and you shouldnt worry, im gonna look for my vaccination list and let you know what you need,how old are by the way? I just traveled back with and i bought the plane tickets in my maiden name(passport name) and my green card has my married name, and i had no problems, they didnt even ask anything..
