Philippines	INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE	QUOTE (steve_maria @ Nov 13 2008, 01:30 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Helo my vj family, i want to share my interview experience ast nov.12,2008 my time shedule is 7 am.I arrive at5:40 am and we wait until 6:30 then it's time for k1 or non-immigrant to come.we fal in line i meet 3 girls who are nice and sweet,josephine from davao going to georgia,cecille from batangas going to michigan and sheila from quezon province going to george town in texas..the guard get our appointment letter with one valid id then next our things being screen. we set down,then the guard just tell us to stand if it our row to stand to get our priority no. and to pass the ds forms, next set down again and wait the no. to flash on screen or to be called for finger scanning.then set down again wait to be caled for pre screening...i am assing to have my pre-screening to window 14 and he was a nice man.ask for my bc.nbi.cenomar affidavit of sopport,pay slip and return tax of steve and our pictures together. set down again and wait for final interview..i was so nervous and i keep calling mama mary on my mind and I know she is with me al the time. my no..was 7009 and i am assign in room 27 or 29 guys i reay forgot coz of my nervous....the consul was a young lady she is nice... when i get in room she say hi na dgood morning and i do the same. she ask me when and where i meet my fiancee how we communicate what is his work how many sister and bro he has what is his reigilion which i almost can't answer coz i was so nervous.. after that then she tell me i can't see anything wrong your visa approve and wait outside i cal youagain to tell you how you going to get your visa.. i want to cry shout for joy and jump but i have to hold it she might going to tel me ok vis adenied your acting to much..but how can i not be so happy this is evrybody's wish to be with thier love one's so soon..i can explain how what i feel of how happy i am... i went outside set down and i saw josephine then we just talk and talk then window 37 calL our name..then she give us pink slip and tell us after we pay delbros we can get home.... Philippines	Sa Mga Kapwa Ko Pinay	If u'll gonna look at him sa litrato,napakapangit niya para pag aksayahan ng panahon..he..he..and besides dito sa US,alam naman ng lahat na mas gusto nila ang mga Filipino dahil masipag at mapagmahal lalu na sa pasiyente kung nurse man o doctor dito,o taga linis ng hotel..dito sa OREGON iba ang tingin sa mga Filipino;madami dito ang veterans na americano at mga doctor na nanungkulan sa Pilipinas during the war at karamihan na sa kanila nagsasabi na ,mahal nila ang Pilipinas at gusto nilang bumalik,dahil mapagmahal daw ang mga tao and caring,naimbitahan pa nga ako ng isang veteran kasama ang aking asawa,at ipinakita niya ang isang lumang plate na yari sa mahogany na galing pang Baguio,may crack na pero tinatago pa din nilang mag asawa ....marahil masakit ang mga sinabi ng taong ito when it comes to us Filipinos,but why bother to send hurtful messages,sa ugali pa lang niya alam mo na walang breeding,asong gala kung tawagin satin...di lang sa Pilipinas may hookers /prostitute,kahit sa US madami,hardcore pa at may mga fettish,if you know what i mean...maliit man ang tingin ng taong ito satin,i am very sure maliit din ang tingin natin sa kaniya...there will always be a show off person..in the end they would still realize na kailangan nila ang mga Filipino ...maybe it's better na ipaalam sa administration ng VJ ang ginawa ng taong ito kung alam ninyo kung panu irereport,though wag nalang tayong magpost sa thread na yun kasi hahaba lang at magiging famous siya sa kabastusan eh baka mashowbiz ba siya dahil satin..lol...cheer up,we know who we are...developing counntry man kung tawagan na nangangarap mapunta sa developed country na US,still kabilang pa din tayo kung bakit sila developed,dahil sa mga manggagawang Filipino na masigasig na nagtatrabaho for them..mabuhay! What's important is that the two of you are there for her to guide her;she is still young and will able to adjust easily and would learn to speak with your accent as well.If you will live in CA or Las Vegas,there are Jolibee;if not there are alot of Asian market/grocery stores across US that your wife can find ..from alamang,achara to chippy..anything is there.When i first went to US,my husband right away find an asian store for me to go to and subscribe to a Filipino channel so that i will not be bored in the house watching US channels...I'm sure your daughter would like to have a Filipino channel,check dish network and Direct TV provider. Philippines	sending card to us	We have bad experience sending mails via Phil.post office,my son's cards for us,letters,documents usually arrives 3 weeks to one month ...it's so slow...so we use fedex,UPS and LBC instead. We're getting closer I think   yes i saw ppl getting the case# in less than a month after the case is received ,so yea we r close.
