It will only be a matter of weeks before you get packet 3. Remember the sponsor and co-sponsor forms need notorising and appropriate evidence sent to you (originals). In my case they asked for the letter from Employer and evidence of salary. I had a moment of panic or two because the supporting evidence only got to me from the USA two days before my interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Fiance traveling to the U.S. after K1 process has begun	I visited three times also when the k-1 was in progress. The last time between packet 3 and packet 4. If the VWP has not been abused and your fiance has a letter form employer (I had one but never was asked to show it) evidence that he intends to return, then this may help. But as the others have said it is at the POE discretion. From what I have seen on here, previous stays in the 80+day timescale seem to generate more of a red light at POE than the K-1 application. I suppose if it was soccer related then they might realise that there is no way he could get involved in any activity like that in the USA!. Strange how some react though, I once saw Iceland vs Wales in Iceland and everyone was really friendly towards each other, including sharing a few beers! Ohhh one thing you seem to have forgotten in your list Jahan is something waterproof! I have all the docs except copies of everything that were sent in the original I-129F submission. I'll just take a few emails and copies of flight tickets, hope that will do! I hope the bank is open at 0830 on Monday as I am out of the country working and fly back tomorrow. The worst thing is I will probably be out of the country til next friday eve. So I have to work out someway of paying for the visa over next weekend..Ideas anyone? There's a Barclay's right around the corner from the Embassy. You can pay the fee the morning of your interview. There's even a lady outside minding the queue who shouts this information out, telling all who haven't already paid the fee to go over there and do so before entering the building. They were: a long weekend, a one week visit, a two week visit, a 3 month visit, and another 3 month visit. I am pretty sure it was those last two 3 month visits that did it. On his 6th attempt he was turned back at Dublin. I happened to be with him when he was turned back and it was very unpleasant. I know there are others on here who have been denied entrance as well, so it would be interesting to know how many times they visited before they got denied just to see if there is a pattern or if it's just a random thing. Side note: I travelled to the UK repeatedly before getting a visa and never even got questioned, much less turned back. Were the 3 month visits below the 90 day limit? United Kingdom	PASSPORT RENEWAL	Just about to renew the kiddo's and my expired passports. Can't find anywhere in town that does UK size photos. #######, I remember Walgreen's used to have an option to change the size but they're swearing that's impossible now. Granted, that was in 2010 when we went to get US size photos for our K-1/2 visas applications. Any ideas? Also, if I'm changing my name as well as renewing my passport, do I put my old name or new name on the kiddo's application? I'd like to think the UKPA applies a little more common sense to things that the USCIS tends to lol, but it would be a very annoying reason to have it sent back! I went to Walgreens and got them done in jan 2013. Passport arrived in 3 weeks 2 days after applying. The passport office will trim them.
